Terms and Conditions
1. This Promotion is organized by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (“TNGD”) and CTOS Data Systems Sdn Bhd (“Partner”).
2. The Promotion Period is from 25 March 2024 to 9 May 2024, both dates inclusive.
3. The Promotion is valid for all Touch ‘n Go eWallet users (“Eligible User(s)”).
4. Every purchase of MyCTOS Score Report by an Eligible User within the Touch ‘n Go eWallet mobile application is entitled for ONE (1) chance to win a Samsung Galaxy S24 256GB (“Reward”).
5. Only ONE (1) Reward will be given away for this Promotion.
6. The winner for the Reward will be randomly selected and contacted via email. To claim the Reward, the winner needs to answer a question correctly and accurately follow the instructions in the email. If the winner fails to do so within timeline as stipulated in the email, the winner’s eligibility will be forfeited.
7. This Promotion shall be valid with other ongoing promotions, discounts, or vouchers.
8. TNGD shall be entitled to withhold any benefits under the services rendered, with prior notice to the users if the users are found to have been in breached of any TNG Digital’s Users Terms and Conditions. Terma dan Syarat
1. Promosi ini dianjurkan oleh TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (“TNGD”). dan CTOS Data Systems Sdn Bhd (“Rakan Kongsi”).
2. Tempoh Promosi adalah dari 25 Mac 2024 sehingga 9 Mei 2024, termasuk dua tarikh tersebut.
3. Promosi ini untuk semua pengguna Touch ‘n Go eWallet (“Pengguna yang layak”).
4. Setiap pembelian Laporan MyCTOS Score oleh Pengguna yang layak dalam aplikasi mudah alih Touch ‘n Go eWallet layak mendapat SATU (1) peluang untuk memenangi Samsung Galaxy S24 256GB (“Ganjaran Hadiah”).
5. Hanya SATU (1) Ganjaran Hadiah akan diperuntukkan untuk Promosi ini.
6. Pemenang untuk Ganjaran Hadiah akan dipilih secara rawak dan dihubungi melalui e-mel. Untuk menuntut Ganjaran Hadiah, pemenang perlu menjawab soalan dengan betul dan mengikut arahan dalam e-mel. Jika pemenang gagal berbuat demikian dalam tempoh masa seperti yang ditetapkan dalam e-mel, kelayakan pemenang akan dibatalkan.
