When will Touch ‘n Go eWallet begin charging MDR to merchants?
  1. New merchants onboarded from 1st October 2020 and matched with the MDR charge criteria: Effective 1st October 2020
  2. Existing merchants onboarded between 2018 and 30 September 2020: Effective 1st January 2021
How can a merchant be assured if the payment made by user is successful?

After the user has made the payment, merchant should receive an app notification stating that the payment has been made successfully. Alternatively, merchant may also ask the user to show the proof of payment from his or her Touch ‘n Go eWallet.

When can I receive the Merchant QR Code?

You will receive a merchant approval email from TNG Digital and the Merchant QR code will be delivered to you within 3 to 5 working days. If you still did not receive the Merchant QR code, please contact our helpdesk for further support.

When will I receive the daily settlement report?

The daily settlement report will be ready automatically at the end of each day. Merchants will receive an app notification when the report is ready to review.

What is the daily cut off time?

Daily cut off time is 23:59:59.

How fast can a merchant receive the payment into their bank account?

Payment will be credited into to merchant bank account within T+1 based on central region business working day.

How can a merchant change their receiving bank account information/merchant details?

Merchant may change the details by contacting our Helpdesk at 603 – 5022 3888 (7 a.m.-10 p.m.)
