What is Touch ‘n Go eWallet Soundbox?

Soundbox is our new audio-assisted smart device that alerts you with instant notification when you receive payment. The device needs to be connected online through Mobile (SIM) or Wi-Fi network.

Once a customer scans and pay via your Touch ‘n Go eWallet QR code or DuitNow QR code, the Soundbox will alert and display the amount on the LED display.

How do I order a Soundbox?

You can order your Soundbox directly from Merchant Dashboard or click HERE.

How long will it take for me to receive my Soundbox?

Delivery may take up to 14 working days from the date of purchase.

Can I order Soundbox for other merchants?

No, please advise other merchants to access their own Merchant Dashboard to make a purchase.

And please note that once the payment has been made, the Touch 'n Go eWallet Soundbox can't be changed from one Merchant ID to another.

Do I need to activate my Soundbox?

No, your business QR is mapped to your Soundbox. Soundbox is ready to use once received. Just switch on, connect and you are set.

Can I assign my Soundbox to other outlets under my company?

Yes, you may switch your Soundbox to other outlets under your company. To request for switching, please get in touch with helpdesk for assistance.

No, your SoundBox is mapped with your unique Merchant ID and can’t be changed.
