TNGSB is committed to the highest standard of integrity, openness and accountability in the conduct of its business and operations. It aspires to conduct its affairs in an ethical, responsible and transparent manner. Hence, this policy is developed pursuant to the provisions of the Whistleblower Protection Act 2010.
- Provide avenues for employees and third parties to make disclosures of relating to any wrongdoings, malpractices and / or irregularities discovered.
- Encourage all employees to be vigilant about the on-goings of the TNGSB’s immediate operating environment.
- Stipulates the rights and protection that is accorded to employees for disclosing such information.
Applicable to TNGSB and any other stakeholders / persons providing services to TNGSB, including consultants, vendors, contractors, external agencies and / or any other part with a business relationship with TNGSB.
