Terms & Conditions 

1. This Campaign is organized by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (TNGD).

2. Campaign Period is from 16 October 2023 until 30 November 2023, inclusive of both dates. 

3. The Campaign is open to Touch ‘n Go eWallet users who subscribe (sign up or upgrade) for WalletSafe either Basic plan or Pro plan (“Eligible User”) within Campaign Period.

4. Users who subscribe for WalletSafe within the Campaign Period is entitled to participate in this WalletSafe Get Protected & Be Rewarded (“Lucky Draw”) Campaign. 

5.  Each successful subscription of WalletSafe Policy (either purchase or upgrade) shall be entitled with entry to participation in the Lucky Draw, based on below arrangement : 

6. For the Lucky Draw, Eligible Users will stand a chance to win Weekly Prize, Consolation Prize or Grand Prize (“Prize”). 

7. Winners of the lucky draw are only entitled to win ONE (1) Prize throughout the entire Campaign Period.

9. The Lucky Draw shall be conducted within 15 working days after the completion of the campaign. Prize fulfilment for eWallet credit will be processed to respective Touch ‘n Go eWallet account and GOprotect cashback voucher to be sent to winner’s email address within 5 working days after winner announcement on TNG Digital Official Social Media and Website. TNG Digital reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another Prize of equivalent value due to any reason as determined by TNG Digital with prior notice.  

10. By participating in the WalletSafe Get Protected & Be Rewarded Campaign, all participants: -

i. consent for TNG Digital to collect, record, hold, store, use, and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in this Campaign; and

ii. consent for TNG Digital to disclose or publish their personal information such as their names, last 4 digit of IC number and any general information in any media, marketing, or advertising materials; and

iii. grant TNG Digital the right to modify, use and publish any still or moving images of the participants for any promotional, marketing, commercial, or other related purpose, without any payment or compensation.

11. All prizes are non-transferable to another individual and non-negotiable. No replacement and/or exchange of prize will be entertained.

12. Touch ‘n Go will not entertain any request from any User to credit Cashback to any third party other than the Touch ‘n Go eWallet account of the eligible winner.

13. TNG Digital makes no warranties or representations with respect to the prizes and shall not be responsible nor liable for any misuse of any of the prizes, nor for any claims, liability, loss or damages arising out of or in connection with the prizes associated with this Lucky Draw.

14. TNG Digital's decision regarding the selection of Winners, and/or in even situation including any not covered in these Terms and Conditions, shall be final and binding on all participants in the Lucky Draw, and no queries, challenges or appeals may be made or entertained regarding TNG Digital's decision on the same.

15. Any user who terminates their Touch ‘n Go eWallet account during the Campaign Period shall be automatically disqualified from this Campaign and shall not be entitled to participate in this Campaign.

16. TNG Digital shall be entitled to withhold any benefits under the services rendered, with prior notice to the users if the users are found to have been in breached of any TNG Digital’s Users Terms and Conditions. Terms dan Syarat Kempen: WalletSafe Get Protected & Be Rewarded

1. Kempen ini dianjurkan oleh TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (“TNGD”).

2. Tempoh Kempen adalah dari 16 Oktober 2023 sehingga 30 November 2023, termasuk dua tarikh tersebut. 

3. Kempen ini terbuka kepada pengguna Touch ‘n Go eWallet (“Pengguna”) yang mendaftar dengan WalletSafe Pelan Basic atau Pro (daftar atau naik taraf) dalam tempoh kempen. 

4. Pengguna yang mendaftar dengan WalletSafe dalam tempoh kempen layak untuk menyertai Cabutan Bertuah (“Cabutan Bertuah”) bagi Kempen WalletSafe Get Protected & Be Rewarded.

5. Setiap pendaftaran WalletSafe yang berjaya (daftar atau naik taraf) berhak mendapat penyertaan untuk Cabutan Bertuah, berdasarkan rancangan di bawah. 

6. Bagi Cabutan Bertuah, pengguna yang bertuah akan berpeluang memenangi hadiah mingguan, hadiah saguhati atau hadiah utama. (“Hadiah”)

7. Pemenang Cabutan Bertuah hanya layak memenangi SATU (1) Hadiah sepanjang Tempoh Kempen.

8. Cabutan Bertuah bulanan akan dilaksanakan dalam 15 hari selepas kempen tamat. Pemberian hadiah akan disproseskan dalam 5 hari bekerja selepas pemumuman pemenang di media sosial dan halaman rasmi TNG Digital. TNG Digital berhak untuk menggantikan Hadiah dengan Hadiah lain yang bernilai setara dengan alasan yang ditentukan oleh TNG Digital.

9. Dengan menyertai Cabutan Bertuah, semua peserta:

i.  membenarkan TNG Digital mengumpul, merekod, memegang, menyimpan, mengguna dan mendedahkan maklumat peribadi mereka hanya untuk tujuan yang diperlukan ataupun berkaitan dengan Kempen ini; dan

ii. bersetuju untuk TNG Digital mendedahkan atau menerbitkan maklumat peribadi mereka seperti nama, 4 digit terakhir nombor IC , dan sebarang maklumat umum di mana-mana media, pemasaran atau bahan pengiklanan; dan

iii. membenarkan TNG Digital hak untuk mengubahsuai, mengguna dan menerbit sebarang gambar peserta untuk tujuan promosi, pemasaran, komersial atau tujuan lain yang berkaitan, tanpa sebarang pembayaran ataupun pampasan.

10. Semua hadiah tidak boleh dipindah milik kepada individu lain dan tidak boleh dirunding.

11. TNG Digital tidak akan memenuhi permintaan dari sesiapa untuk memberi kredit Pulangan Tunai kepada pihak ketiga selain daripada akaun Pengguna yang layak. 

12. TNG Digital tidak membuat sebarang waranti atau perwakilan berkenaan dengan hadiah-hadiah tersebut dan tidak akan bertanggungjawab ke atas sebarang penyalahgunaan mana-mana hadiah, mahupun untuk sebarang tuntutan, liabiliti, kerugian atau kerosakan yang timbul daripada atau berkaitan dengan hadiah-hadiah yang berkaitan dengan Cabutan Bertuah ini.

13. Keputusan TNG Digital mengenai pilihan pemenang-pemenang, dan/atau dalam apa jua keadaan, termasuk apa-apa yang tidak dilindungi dalam Terma dan Syarat ini, adalah muktamad bagi semua peserta Kempen ini, dan tiada pertanyaan, cabaran atau rayuan boleh dibuat mahupun dilayan tentang keputusan tersebut.

14. Mana-mana pengguna yang menamatkan akaun eWallet mereka semasa Tempoh Kempen akan disingkirkan secara automatik daripada Kempen ini dan tidak berhak menyertai Cabutan Bertuah.

15. TNGD berhak untuk menahan sebarang faedah di bawah perkhidmatan yang diberikan, dengan notis kepada pengguna jika pengguna didapati telah melanggar terma dan syarat Pengguna TNGD. Terma dan Syarat Promosi Am boleh didapati di https://www.touchngo.com.my/assets/pdf/user-tnc.pdf
