Village Grocer MP & B.I.G MP: RM10 Off and Free Delivery

Terms and Conditions

1.      This Promotion is organized by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (TNGD) and TFP Retail Sdn. Bhd. (Partner).

2.      Promotion Period is from 1 June 2024 to 30 June 2024, inclusive of both dates.

RM10 Discount

3.      Users who make a minimum spend of RM150.00 in a single transaction on the Village Grocer or B.I.G app found within Touch ‘n Go eWallet during the promotion period will be able to enjoy a RM10 discount (“Discount”) automatically during checkout if the users meet the eligibility criteria.

4.      Limited to first 1,000 users who transact on the Village Grocer or B.I.G app found within Touch ‘n Go eWallet.

5.      The Discount is not appliable to alcoholic products, tobacco products and infant milk.

6.      The RM10 Discount is subject to availability for every B.I.G and Village Grocer outlet and will cease once fully utilized, or at the expiration of the Promotion Period, whichever is earlier.

Free Delivery Promo

7.      Users who transact on the Village Grocer or B.I.G app found within Touch ‘n Go eWallet and apply the promo code ‘BSTNGDFD’ during the promotion period will be able to enjoy a free delivery. Each user shall only be entitled to one (1) promo code only, with no minimum spending.

8.      Limited to first 500 users who transact on the Village Grocer or B.I.G app found within Touch ‘n Go eWallet.

9.      Only ONE (1) promo code may be used at a time, and ‘BSTNGDFD’ promo code must be entered upon checkout to be effective.

10.   The Free Delivery Promotion is subject to availability for every B.I.G and Village Grocer outlet and will cease once fully utilized, or at the expiration of the Promotion Period, whichever is earlier.

General

11.   This promotion is NOT valid for purchases made on Village Grocer or B.I.G own application.

12.   No combined transactions and/or no split transactions are allowed.

13.   The discount/ promo code will be applied immediately at the check-out page if the user meets the eligibility criteria.

Users shall ensure that the discount/ promo code has been applied to the displayed amount before finalizing the payment. In the event the promo code has not been applied, do not proceed with the payment and contact TFP Retail Sdn.Bhd. via email at bites.shop@thefoodpurveyor.com.

14.   Each Touch ‘n Go eWallet User is entitled to enjoy the discount and/or promo code ONE (1) time only, throughout the Promotion Period.

15.   This promotion shall not be valid with other ongoing promotions, discounts, or vouchers.

16.   This discount cannot be combined or accumulated, and promotion is not exchangeable for cash or replacements.

17.   This Promotion is not applicable for any form or type of reload transactions, gift cards and in-store services.

18.   The Terms of Service shall apply to all uses of the promo code including ‘BSTNGDFD’ promo code. TNGD and Partner reserves the right to change the terms and conditions or cancel any promotions at any time with prior notice.

19.   TNG Digital shall be entitled to withhold any benefits under the services rendered, with prior notice to the users if the users are found to have been in breached of any TNG Digital’s Users Terms and Conditions. Terma dan Syarat

1.       Promosi ini dianjurkan oleh TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (TNGD) dan TFP Retail Sdn. Bhd. (Rakan Kongsi).

2.      Tempoh promosi adalah dari 1 Jun 2024 to 30 Jun 2024, termasuk tarikh yang dinyatakan.

Diskaun RM10

3.      Pengguna yang membuat pembelian dengan perbelanjaan minimum RM150.00 dalam satu transaksi di aplikasi ‘Village Grocer’ dan ‘B.I.G’ yang terdapat di dalam Touch ‘n Go eWallet boleh mendapat diskaun RM10.00 secara automatik

4.      Terhad kepada 1,000 pengguna terawal yang memenuhi syarat.

5.      Diskaun ini tidak sah untuk pembelian produk alcohol, produk tembakau dan susu bayi.

6.      Setiap Pengguna Touch ‘n Go eWallet berhak menikmati Diskaun RM10 sebanyak SATU (1) kali sahaja, sepanjang Tempoh Promosi.

7.      Diskaun RM10 adalah tertakluk kepada had kuantiti tertentu untuk setiap cawangan B.I.G dan Village Grocer dan akan tamat sekiranya ditebus sepenuhnya, atau pada tamat Tempoh Promosi, yang mana lebih awal.

Promosi Penghantaran Percuma

8.      Pengguna yang membuat pembelian di aplikasi ‘Village Grocer’ dan ‘B.I.G’ yang terdapat di dalam Touch ‘n Go eWallet dan gunakan kod promo ‘BSTNGDFD’, boleh mendapat penghantaran percuma.

9.      Hanya SATU (1) kod promosi boleh digunakan pada satu-satu masa dan kod promosi ‘BSTNGDFD’ mesti dimasukkan semasa di laman pembayaran untuk dapatkan diskaun.

10.   Kod promosi ‘BSTNGDFD’ tertakluk kepada had kuantiti tertentu untuk setiap cawangan B.I.G dan Village Grocer dan akan tamat sekira ditebus sepenuhnya, atau pada tamat Tempoh Promosi, yang mana lebih awal.

Terma dan Syarat Am

11.   Promosi ini TIDAK SAH bagi pembelian di aplikasi Village Grocer or B.I.G yang sendiri.

12.   Penggabungan transaksi dan/atau pengasingan transaksi adalah tidak dibenarkan

13.   Diskaun/ kod promosi akan dikenakan serta-merta di laman pembayaran jika pengguna memenuhi kriteria kelayakan.

Pengguna hendaklah memastikan bahawa diskaun/ kod promo telah dikenakan ke atas jumlah yang dipaparkan sebelum memuktamadkan pembayaran. Sekiranya diskaun belum dikenakan, jangan teruskan dengan pembayaran dan hubungi TFP Retail Sdn. Bhd. melalui e-mel di bites.shop@thefoodpurveyor.com.

14.   Promosi ini tidak sah digunakan dengan mana-mana promosi, diskaun atau baucar yang lain.

15.   Diskaun ini tidak boleh digabungkan atau dikumpul dan promosi tidak boleh ditukar dengan wang tunai atau penggantian yang lain.

16.   Promosi ini tidak sah untuk sebarang bentuk atau jenis tambah nilai, kad hadiah dan perkhidmatan dalam kedai.

17.   Semua penggunaan kod promosi termasuk kod promosi ‘BSTNGDFD’ adalah tertakluk kepada Syarat Perkhidmatan TNGD dan Rakan Kongsi. TNGD atau Rakan Kongsi berhak untuk menukar terma dan syarat atau membatalkan sebarang promosi pada bila-bila masa dengan notis awal.
