Terms and Conditions
1. This Promotion is organized by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (TNGD), U Mobile Sdn Bhd and E-Pay (M) Sdn Bhd (“Partners”).
2. The Promotion Period is from 10 October 2023 until 12 December 2023, both dates inclusive, where Month 1 is from 10 October 2023 until 10 November 2023 and Month 2 is from 11 November 2023 until 12 December 2023.
3. Monthly prize - Every 50th
transaction of the month (50th, 100th, 150th etc) will be selected to win a randomized Touch ‘n Go eWallet credit (“Monthly Prize”) up to RM188, on the condition below;
a. Make a mobile credit reload with a minimum payment of RM35 in a single transaction at Touch ‘n Go eWallet ‘Prepaid’ function (excluding SOS Top Up, Sohoj and Payhub icons) AND subscribe to U Mobile Monthly Plan U40 or GX38 plan on MyUMobile app; OR
b. Make a direct purchase of U Mobile Internet Credit U40 or GX38 plan via Touch ‘n Go eWallet ‘Prepaid’ function.
Grand Prize – Be one of the top 3 spenders of the month to win RM1,000 Touch ‘n Go eWallet credit (“Grand Prize”)
4. The Monthly Prize is limited to first 2,500 winners for Month 1 and Month 2, respectively. The Promotion will cease once the credits have been fully utilized or at the expiration of the Promotion Period, whichever is earlier.
5. The Monthly Prize and Grand Prize will be credited back to the winners’ respective Touch ‘n Go eWallet within THIRTY (30) days upon the end of Promotion Period. TNGD will NOT make any phone calls pursuant to this Promotion.
6. Users need to ensure their U Mobile prepaid mobile number is the same mobile number that is registered with Touch ‘n Go eWallet, and the line must be ACTIVE during the Promotion Period until Prize fulfillment is completed.
7. Each winner selected shall only be entitled to ONE (1) Prize throughout the Promotion Period.
8. TNGD’s and Partners’ decision regarding the selection of the winners, and/or in even situation including any not covered in these Terms and Conditions, shall be final and binding on all participants in this Promotion, and no queries, challenges or appeals may be made or entertained regarding TNGD’s and Partner’s decision on the same.
9. This Promotion shall not be valid with other ongoing promotions, discounts, or vouchers.
10. Promotion is not applicable for any form or type of reload transactions, gift cards and in-store services.
11. TNG Digital shall be entitled to withhold any benefits under the services rendered, with prior notice to the users if the users are found to have been in breached of any TNG Digital’s Users Terms and Conditions. U Mobile: Menang eWallet Kredit Lebih Daripada RM188
Terma dan Syarat
1. Promosi ini dianjurkan oleh TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (TNGD), U Mobile Sdn Bhd and E-Pay (M) Sdn Bhd (“Rakan Kongsi”).
2. Tempoh promosi adalah dari 10 Oktober 2023 sehingga 12 Disember 2023, termasuk dua tarikh tersebut, di mana Bulan 1 adalah dari 10 Oktober 2023 sehingga 10 November 2023 dan Bulan 2 adalah dari 11 November 2023 sehingga 12 Disember 2023.
3. Hadiah bulanan - Setiap transaksi ke-50 pada bulan tersebut (ke-50, ke-100, ke-150 dan seterusnya) akan dipilih untuk memenangi kredit Touch ‘n Go eWallet secara rawak (“Hadiah Bulanan”) sehingga RM188, dengan syarat di bawah;
a. Tambah nilai kredit prabayar dengan bayaran minimum RM35 dalam satu transaksi di fungsi “Prabayar” di aplikasi Touch 'n Go eWallet (kecuali ikon SOS Top Up, Sohoj dan Payhub) DAN melanggani Pelan Bulanan U Mobile U40 atau GX38 di aplikasi MyUMobile ; ATAU
b. Melanggani kredit Internet U Mobile U40 atau GX38 melalui fungsi “Prabayar” di Touch ‘n Go eWallet.
Hadiah Utama – TIGA (3) pembelanja bulanan tertinggi akan memenangi kredit Touch ‘n Go eWallet bernilai RM1,000 (“Hadiah Utama”).
4. Hadiah Bulanan adalah terhad kepada 2,500 pemenang untuk Bulan 1 dan Bulan 2. Promosi akan dihentikan apabila kredit telah digunakan sepenuhnya atau pada tamat Tempoh Promosi, yang mana lebih awal.
5. Hadiah Bulanan dan Hadiah Utama akan dikreditkan ke akaun Touch ‘n Go eWallet pemenang dalam tempoh TIGA PULUH (30) hari selepas tamat Tempoh Promosi. TNGD tidak akan membuat panggilan telefon berkenaan Promosi ini.
6. Pengguna perlu memastikan nombor mudah alih prabayar U Mobile adalah nombor yang sama yang didaftarkan dengan Touch ‘n Go eWallet, dan talian mestilah AKTIF semasa Tempoh Promosi sehingga penunaian Hadiah selesai.
7. Setiap pemenang yang dipilih hanya layak mendapat SATU (1) Hadiah sepanjang Tempoh Promosi.
8. Keputusan pihak TNGD dan Rakan Kongsi mengenai pilihan pemenang-pemenang, dan/atau dalam apa jua keadaan, termasuk apa-apa yang tidak dilindungi dalam Terma dan Syarat ini, adalah muktamad bagi semua peserta Promosi ini, dan tiada pertanyaan, cabaran atau rayuan boleh dibuat mahupun dilayan tentang keputusan tersebut.
9. Promosi ini tidak sah digunakan dengan mana-mana promosi, diskaun atau baucar yang lain.
10. Promosi ini tidak sah untuk sebarang bentuk atau jenis tambah nilai, kad hadiah dan perkhimatan dalam kedai.
