The Goal Hunter Campaign

Terms & Conditions:

1. User is required to opt in for participation of ‘The Goal Hunter’ by clicking on the ‘Start’ button on ‘The Goal Hunter’ page, in order to activate eligibility for ‘stamp(s)’ and ‘Reward(s)’ collection.

2. Once joined, users will not need to click on ‘Start’ button to activate Goal again for the subsequent months. Participation of ‘The Goal Hunter’ and stamp count will be automatically refreshed every month.

3. Participation in ‘The Goal Hunter’ is capped at a maximum of 10 million (10,000,000) users per month. Once participation limit is reached, additional users will not be able to participate in ‘The Goal Hunter’.

4. Eligibility to earn a ‘stamp’ is applicable to all transactions with a minimum spend of RM10 using Touch ‘n Go eWallet EXCEPT for the following transactions:

• Transfer

• E-wallet Reload

• Toll Payments via PayDirect/RFID

• Parking Payments via PayDirect

• Any Gift Card services

• Purchases using Touch ‘n Go Card

• VISA prepaid card transaction

5. Each user can collect multiple ‘stamp(s)’ in a day, limited to a maximum of TEN (10) ‘stamps’ per month.

6. Stamp collection is reset on the 1st day of each month. Number of ‘stamp(s)’ collected and any unclaimed ‘Reward(s)’ will expire at the end of the month.

7. With every TWO (2) ‘stamp(s)’ collected, user is eligible to claim ONE (1) ‘Reward’ by selecting choice of Reward Vouchers from the available Rewards catalogue. Each user can claim up to a maximum of FIVE (5) Rewards per month.

8. The selection of Rewards is categorized as follows:

9. Reward Voucher(s) claimed will be automatically utilized in the next transaction based on the relevant Voucher Type and subject to the minimum spending amount and criteria as stated in respective voucher details and T&C.

10. Only ONE (1) Reward Voucher can be used in a single transaction at a time and may not be used for other ongoing in-store cashback promotions by TNGD.

11. Validity of each Reward Voucher is 30 days from the date the voucher is claimed. Any unused vouchers will expire. No replacement voucher or extension will be provided.

12. Redemption of Reward Voucher is on first come first served basis; limited to the first 2 million (2,000,000) eligible transactions.

13. These Terms and Conditions shall be further subject to and be read together with each individual Voucher’s Terms and Conditions.

14. TNGD shall be entitled to withhold any benefits under the services rendered, with or without notice to the users if the user is found to have breached TNGD’s Users terms and conditions.

Terma dan Syarat

1. Untuk menyertai ‘The Goal Hunter’, pengguna diwajibkan untuk menekan butang ‘Start’ yang terdapat dalam laman ‘The Goal Hunter’ supaya layak untuk memulakan koleksi ‘stamp’ dan ‘Reward’.

2. Setelah pengguna telahpun menyertai ‘The Goal Hunter’, pengguna tidak perlu klik butang ‘Start’ lagi untuk mengaktifkan ‘Goal’ bagi bulan-bulan yang berikutnya. Penyertaan ‘The Goal Hunter’ dan kiraan ‘stamp’ akan disegarkan semula secara automatic setiap bulan.

3. Penyertaan dalam ‘The Goal Hunter’ ini terhad kepada 4 juta (4,000,000) pengguna setiap bulan. Jika had penyertaan telah dicapai, pengguna yang lain tidak boleh menyertai ‘The Goal Hunter’ lagi.

4. Pengguna layak untuk mendapat satu ‘stamp’ untuk semua transaksi dengan perbelanjaan minimum RM10 dengan menggunakan Touch ‘n Go eWallet KECUALI transaksi yang berikut:

• Pindahan wang

• Tambah nilai e-Wallet

• Bayaran Tol dengan PayDirect/RFID

• Bayaran letak kereta dengan PayDirect

• Kad Hadiah

• Transaksi menggunakan kad Touch ‘n Go

• Transaksi menggunakan kad Visa Prepaid Touch ‘n Go

5. Pengguna boleh mendapatkan seberapa banyak ‘stamp’ dalam satu hari, terhad kepada maksimum SEPULUH (10) ‘stamp’ setiap bulan.

6. Koleksi ‘stamp’ akan dimulakan sekali setiap 1hb bulan. Jumlah ‘stamp’ yang dikumpul dan ‘Reward’ yang tidak ditebus akan luput pada akhir bulan.

7. Untuk setiap DUA (2) ‘stamp’ yang terkumpul, pengguna layak menebus SATU (1) ‘Reward’ dengan memilihi Baucar Ganjaran ‘Reward Voucher’ yang dikehendaki. Setiap pengguna layak menebus maksimum LIMA (5) Baucar Ganjaran ‘Reward Voucher’ sebulan.

8. Baucar Ganjaran ‘Reward Voucher’ yang akan diperolehi adalah daripada jenis baucar tersenarai di bawah:

9. Baucar Ganjaran ‘Reward Voucher’ yang ditebus akan digunapakai secara automatik dalam perbelanjaan seterusnya, mengikuti jenis baucar dan had belanja minimum yang ditetapkan dalam Terma & Syarat baucar tersebut.

10. Hanya SATU (1) ‘Reward Voucher’ boleh digunakan bagi setiap transaksi dan tidak boleh digunakan Bersama promosi lain daripada TNGD.

11. Setiap Baucar Ganjaran ‘Reward Voucher’ mempunyai tarikh luput selama TIGA PULUH (30) hari dari tarikh penebusan baucar. Baucar yang tidak digunapakai akan luput selepas itu. Tiada baucar pengganti atau sambungan akan diberikan.

12. Penebusan Baucar Ganjaran ‘Reward Voucher’ adalah atas dasar siapa cepat, dia dapat; terhad kepada 2 juta (2,000,000) transaksi pertama yang layak.

13. Terma & Syarat ini juga tertakluk kepada Terma & Syarat baucar masing-masing dan harus diperhatikan sekali.

14. TNGD berhak untuk menahan apa-apa faedah bagi perkhidmatan yang diberikan dengan atau tanpa notis kepada pengguna sekiranya pengguna didapati melanggar Terma dan Syarat Pengguna TNGD.
