Redeem Cashback Packet- (User)

1.0      Only registered Touch ‘n Go eWallet Users’ can redeem the cashback money from the Cashback Packet. 

1.1    User(s) shall be able to view and participate in any Cashback Packet created by any Merchant(s), within four (4) kilometers’ radius from the User’s location. For the avoidance of doubt, User(s) must enable or allow its Touch ‘n Go eWallet to access its location via the Cashback Packet Hunt in order to view the Cashback Packet offered by any Merchant(s).  

1.2      User(s) who are entitled to redeem the valid Cashback Packet, shall do so by using the “Scan” function in the Touch  n’ Go eWallet app and thereafter scan the TNGD QR Code or the DuitNow QR Code, with a minimum spending amount that has been set/determined by the Merchant(s) when creating the Cashback Packet.

1.3     Next, User(s) shall tap on the “Open Now” icon in order to view the redeemed randomized amount from the total Cashback Packet amount created by the Merchant.

1.4      In order to successfully claim a Cashback Packet, User(s) shall ensure the following:

a)    Receive the cashback money one (1) time only, from one (1) Cashback Packet for (1) one valid transaction, and a maximum of three (3) Cashback Packet can be redeemed per User;

b)    The redeemed cashback money amount shall not exceed your TNG Wallet balance limit;

c)     The Cashback Packet is still in ‘In progress’ status; and

d)    Not receiving own Cashback Packet.

1.5      User(s) shall be able to view all the redeemed Cashback Packet transactions from the Cashback Packet icon at the Cashback Packet page under the 'History' section and/or through the ‘Transaction History’ on the Touch ‘n Go eWallet homepage.

1.6      User(s) shall not be able to see other User’s personal information such as full name and phone number in ‘Leaderboard’.

 

 

2.0         Others

TNG Digital shall be entitled to withhold any benefit under the services rendered, without prior notice to the users if the users are found to have been in breach of any of TNG Digital’s Users Terms and Conditions (https://www.touchngo.com.my/assets/pdf/user-tnc.pdf)

 

Terima Money Packet - Pengguna

1.0      Hanya pengguna Touch ‘n Go eWallet berdaftar sahaja yang boleh menerima wang daripada Money Packet. 

1.1      Apabila pengguna telah menerima QR kod atau pautan Money Packet yang sah, pengguna (“Penerima”) boleh menggunakan fungsi ‘Scan’ dalam aplikasi Touch ‘n Go eWallet untuk mengimbas QR kod atau klik pada pautan. Selepas itu, ketik pada “Open Now” untuk menerima wang.   

1.2      Untuk berjaya menerima Money Packet, Penerima hendaklah memastikan perkara berikut:

a)    Terima wang sekali sahaja daripada satu (1) Money Packet;

b)    Jumlah wang yang diterima tidak menjadikan anda melebihi had baki Wallet;

c)     Money Packet masih dalam status ‘In progress’; dan

d)    Tidak menerima Money Packet sendiri.

1.3      Penerima boleh melihat semua transaksi wang yang telah diterima daripada Money Packet pada laman Money Packet, di bawah bahagian ‘History’, ataupun, menerusi bahagian ‘Transaction History’ pada laman utama. 

1.4      Penerima tidak boleh melihat info Penerima lain seperti nama penuh, nombor telefon di bahagian ‘Leaderboard’ dan/atau “Senarai Penerima”

 

2.0     Lain-lain

TNG Digital berhak untuk menahan sebarang faedah di bawah perkhidmatan yang diberikan, dengan notis awal kepada pengguna jika pengguna didapati telah melanggar mana-mana Terma dan Syarat Pengguna TNG Digital (https://www.touchngo.com.my/assets/pdf/user-tnc.pdf
