240501 Soundbox Friends and Family Promo Campaign

  1. This Campaign is organized by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (TNGD)

  1. The Campaign Period is from 1 May 2024 until 31st July 2024, both dates inclusive.

  1. This Campaign is open to all registered Touch ‘n Go eWallet merchants (“Eligible Merchants") only and is not applicable to P2P Sellers or non-registered Touch 'n Go eWallet Merchants.

  1. Touch ‘n Go eWallet merchant will be eligible to receive Cashback with the criteria below:

a) Applies to Purchases from the Merchant Dashboard Purchase only

b) Applies to Single Order Transaction of THREE (3) units & above only with calculations as below:

c) Order Transactions can consist of any Soundbox sets in the 'One-time payment' category

Example:

i) Merchant A: Purchased 2 unit of A Set Soundbox with SIM & 1 unit of B Set Soundbox each, Total Eligible Cashback will be 3 units x RM30 = RM90 Cashback 

ii) Merchant B: Purchase 1 units of A Set Soundbox with SIM & 3 units of B Set Soundbox each, Total Eligible Cashback will be 4 units x RM30 = RM120 Cashback

d) This Campaign is limited to only ONE (1) order per Merchant, with no cap unit per order.

e) The Cashback will be credited to the respective Touch ‘n Go eWallet within THIRTY (30) days after the end of the Campaign Period. TNGD will NOT make any phone calls pursuant to this Campaign.

  1. This Campaign is limited to the first 10,000 Soundbox sold that fulfilled clause 4 above. The Campaign will cease at the 10,000th Soundbox sold or at the expiration of the Campaign Period, whichever is earlier.

  1. This Campaign shall not be valid with other ongoing promotions, discounts, or vouchers.

  1. TNGD shall be entitled to withhold any benefits under the services rendered without prior notice to the users if the users are found to have been in breached of any TNG Digital’s Users Terms and Conditions. TERMA DAN SYARAT

240501 Kempen Soundbox untuk Friends and Family 

  1. Kempen ini dianjurkan oleh TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (“TNGD”)

  1. Kempen ini berlangsung dari 01 Mei 2024 hingga 30 Julai 2024, kedua-dua tarikh termasuk.

  2. Kempen ini terbuka kepada semua peniaga Touch 'n Go eWallet berdaftar ("Peniaga Layak") dan tidak terpakai kepada Penjual P2P atau Peniaga Touch 'n Go eWallet yang tidak berdaftar.

  1. Peniaga berhak mendapat Pulangan Tunai dengan kriteria bawah

a. Pembelian Soundbox daripada Merchant Dashboard Purchase Sahaja

b. Transaksi Pesanan Tunggal untuk TIGA (3) unit & ke atas sahaja dengan pengiraan seperti di bawah:

c. Transaksi Pesanan boleh terdiri daripada mana-mana set Soundbox dalam kategori 'One Time Payment’

Contoh:

i) Peniaga A: Membeli 2 unit A Set Soundbox dengan SIM & 1 unit B Set Soundbox, Jumlah Pulangan Tunai yang Layak ialah 3 unit x RM30 = RM90 Pulangan Tunai

ii) Peniaga B: Beli 1 unit A Set Soundbox dengan SIM & 3 unit B Set Soundbox, Jumlah Pulangan Tunai yang Layak ialah 4 unit x RM30 = RM120 Pulangan Tunai

d. Kempen ini terhad kepada hanya SATU (1) pesanan bagi setiap Pedagang, tanpa unit had bagi setiap pesanan.

e. Pulangan Tunai akan dikreditkan ke Touch ‘n Go eWallet masing-masing dalam masa TIGA PULUH (30) hari selepas tamat Tempoh Kempen. TNGD TIDAK akan membuat sebarang panggilan telefon menurut Kempen ini.

 

  1. Kempen ini terhad kepada 10,000 langganan Soundbox yang memenuhi Syarat 4 di atas. Kempen ini akan berakhir pada langganan Soundbox ke-10,000 atau apabila tamat Tempoh Kempen, yang mana lebih awal.

  1. Promosi ini tidak sah digunakan dengan mana-mana promosi, diskaun atau baucar yang lain.
