SOS Top Up: RM1 Cashback Voucher Promotion
Terms and Conditions
1. This Promotion, SOS Top Up: RM1.00 Off Prepaid Voucher is organised by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (“TNGD”) and is open to all TNG eWallet users who comply with the terms & conditions of this Promotion.
2. This Promotion is from 16 November 2023 until 31 December 2023 (“Promotion Period”), inclusive of both dates.
3. Users who purchase prepaid amount of RM10.00 in SOS Top Up app found within the Touch ‘n Go eWallet during the promotional period and repay with the full prepaid amount will be able to receive ONE (1) RM1.00 Off Prepaid Purchase Voucher.
4. Users must apply the voucher to their next prepaid purchase within thirty (30) days after the date of issuance and will be able to enjoy a RM1.00 discount.
5. The redemption of RM1.00 Off Prepaid Purchase Voucher is valid for prepaid purchases made on the Prepaid app found within Touch ‘n Go eWallet and valid within thirty (30) days after the date of issuance.
6. No combined transactions and/or no split transactions are allowed.
7. During this Promotion Period, users can receive only ONE (1) RM1.00 Off Prepaid Purchase Voucher upon each successful transaction per month.
8. The RM1.00 Off Prepaid Purchase Voucher will be received immediately in the user’s Touch ‘n Go eWallet “GOrewards” page, under the “Collections” tab upon each successful Transaction.
Users shall ensure that the discount of RM1.00 has been applied to the displayed amount before finalizing the payment of their next prepaid purchase.
9. The RM1.00 Off Prepaid Purchase Vouchers are only valid for the user’s next prepaid purchase and will expire in thirty (30) days after the date of issuance. Any unused vouchers thereafter will expire.
10. Each Touch ‘n Go eWallet User is entitled to enjoy the RM1.00 discount ONE (1) time per month throughout the Promotion Period.
11. The RM1.00 Off Prepaid Purchase Voucher is limited to the first 19,225 eligible transactions only. The discount will cease once the RM1.00 Off Prepaid Purchase Vouchers has been fully utilized, or at the expiration of the Promotion Period, whichever is earlier.
12. This promotion shall not be valid with other ongoing promotions, discounts, or vouchers.
13. This discount cannot be combined or accumulated, and promotion is not exchangeable for cash or replacements.
14. This promotion is not applicable for any form or type of reload transactions, gift cards and in-store services.
15. TNG Digital shall be entitled to withhold any benefit under the services rendered, with prior notice to the users if the users are found to have been in breach of any of TNG Digital’s Users Terms and Conditions (https://www.touchngo.com.my/assets/pdf/user-tnc.pdf)

Promosi SOS Top Up: Baucar RM1.00 Diskaun Pembelian Prabayar
Terma dan Syarat.
1. Promosi SOS Top Up: Baucar RM1.00 Diskaun Pembelian Prabayar dianjurkan oleh TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (“TNGD”) dan terbuka kepada semua pengguna TNG eWallet yang mematuhi terma & syarat Promosi ini.
2. Tempoh Promosi adalah dari 16 November 2023 hingga 31 Disember 2023 (“Tempoh Promosi”), termasuk tarikh yang dinyatakan.
3. Pengguna yang membeli jumlah prabayar RM10.00 dalam aplikasi SOS Top Up yang terdapat dalam Touch ‘n Go eWallet semasa tempoh promosi dan pengguna harus membayar semula jumlah penuh prabayar akan dapat menerima SATU (1) Baucar RM1.00 Diskaun Pembelian Prabayar.
4. Pengguna perlu menggunakan baucar untuk pembelian prabayar seterusnya dalam tempoh tiga puluh (30) hari selepas tarikh pengeluaran dan akan dapat menikmati diskaun RM1.00.
5. Penebusan Baucar RM1.00 Diskaun Pembelian Prabayar adalah sah untuk pembelian prabayar yang dibuat pada aplikasi Prepaid yang terdapat dalam Touch ‘n Go eWallet dan sah dalam tempoh tiga puluh (30) hari selepas tarikh pengeluaran.
6. Penggabungan transaksi dan/atau pengasingan transaksi adalah tidak dibenarkan.
7. Sepanjang Tempoh Promosi ini, pengguna hanya boleh menerima SATU (1) Baucar RM1.00 Diskaun Pembelian Prabayar apabila setiap transaksi yang berjaya setiap bulan.
8. Baucar RM1.00 Diskaun Pembelian Prabayar akan diterima serta-merta dalam halaman Touch ‘n Go eWallet “GOrewards” di senarai “Collections” pengguna selepas setiap Transaksi yang berjaya.
Pengguna hendaklah memastikan bahawa diskaun sebanyak RM1.00 telah digunakan untuk jumlah yang dipaparkan sebelum memuktamadkan pembayaran pembelian prabayar mereka yang seterusnya.
9. Baucar RM1.00 Diskaun Pembelian Prabayar hanya sah untuk pembelian prabayar pengguna seterusnya dan akan tamat tempoh dalam tiga puluh (30) hari selepas tarikh pengeluaran. Sebarang baucar yang tidak digunakan selepas itu akan tamat tempoh.
10. Setiap Pengguna Touch ‘n Go eWallet berhak menikmati diskaun RM1.00 SATU (1) kali sebulan sepanjang Tempoh Promosi.
11. Diskaun RM1.00 terhad kepada 19,225 transaksi pertama yang layak sahaja. Diskaun akan ditamatkan apabila Baucar RM1.00 Diskaun Pembelian Prabayar telah digunakan sepenuhnya, atau pada tamat Tempoh Promosi, yang mana lebih awal.
12. Promosi ini tidak sah digunakan dengan mana-mana promosi, diskaun atau baucar yang lain.
13. Diskaun ini tidak boleh digabungkan atau dikumpul dan promosi tidak boleh ditukar dengan wang tunai atau penggantian yang lain.
14. Promosi ini tidak sah untuk sebarang bentuk atau jenis tambah nilai, kad hadiah dan perkhidmatan dalam kedai.
15. TNG Digital berhak untuk menahan sebarang faedah di bawah perkhidmatan yang diberikan, dengan notis awal kepada pengguna jika pengguna didapati telah melanggar mana-mana Terma dan Syarat Pengguna TNG Digital (https://www.touchngo.com.my/assets/pdf/user-tnc.pdf)
