Terms and Conditions

1.      This Campaign is organized by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (“TNGD”).

2.      The Campaign Period is from 25 March 2024 to 9 May 2024, both dates inclusive.

3.      User who purchased SafeTrip with the promo code RAYA (“Eligible User”) will be entitled to a 15% Cashback from the paid Final Gross Premium.

4.      SafeTrip policy needs to remain active throughout the Campaign Period to be entitled for the Cashback.

5.      The Cashback is only applicable to the Final Gross Premium. Stamp duty and SST will be charged at full value.

6.      The Cashback shall be credited to Eligible Users’ respective Touch ‘n Go eWallet account by the 10^th of the following month after the issuance of the SafeTrip policy.

7.      Each Eligible User will be entitled to ONE (1) Cashback only throughout the Campaign Period.

8.      The total Cashback fund for this Campaign that is to be given out to all Eligible Users throughout the Campaign Period is RM10,000 and is based on a first come, first served basis.

9.      This Campaign will cease at the end of the Campaign Period or when the Cashback fund has been fully disbursed, whichever is earlier.

10.   TNGD shall be entitled to withhold any benefits under the services rendered with prior notice to the users if the users are found to have been in breached of any TNGD’s Users Terms and Conditions.

Terma dan Syarat

1.      Kempen ini dianjurkan oleh TNG Digital Sdn Bhd ("TNGD").

2.      Tempoh Kempen adalah dari 25 Mac 2024 hingga 9 Mei 2024, termasuk kedua-dua tarikh tersebut.

3.      Pengguna yang membeli SafeTrip dengan kod promo RAYA (“Pengguna Layak”) layak mendapat Pulangan Tunai 15% daripada Premium Kasar Akhir yang dibayar.

4.      Polisi SafeTrip perlu kekal aktif sepanjang Tempoh Kempen untuk layak menerima Pulangan Tunai.

5.      Pulangan Tunai hanya terpakai untuk Premium Kasar Akhir. Duti setem dan SST akan dikenakan pada nilai yang penuh.

6.      Pulangan Tunai akan dikreditkan ke dalam akaun Touch 'n Go eWallet Pengguna Layak masing-masing sebelum 10hb bulan berikutnya selepas polisi SafeTrip dikeluarkan.

7.      Setiap Pengguna Layak hanya boleh mendapat SATU (1) Pulangan Tunai sepanjang Tempoh Kempen.

8.      Dana Pulangan Tunai Kempen yang akan diberikan kepada semua Pengguna Layak dalam Tempoh Kempen ini adalah terhad kepada RM10,000 dan berdasarkan giliran.

9.      Kempen ini akan berakhir pada tamat Tempoh Kempen atau apabila dana Pulangan Tunai telah dikeluarkan sepenuhnya, yang mana awal.

10.   TNGD berhak untuk menahan apa-apa faedah di bawah perkhidmatan yang diberikan dengan memberi notis terlebih dahulu kepada pengguna jika pengguna didapati melanggar mana-mana Terma dan Syarat Pengguna TNGD.
