Promotion Period: The promotion period of this promotion (the "Promotion") is from 1 January 2024 0:00:00 to 30 June 2024 23:59:59 (local time).
Eligible Users: This Promotion is available to all Wallet users who sign up for "Passion Made Possible Privileges" (the "PMPP"). An "Eligible User" shall refer to a natural person; we and/or the Wallet reserve the right to determine so by the name, phone number, device id, and other relevant information authorized and available to us.
Promotion details: During the Promotion Period, each Eligible User is entitled to purchase one (1) PMPP virtual card (the "Card") at a time and enjoy the privileges offered by the participating merchants in Singapore subject to these Terms. Cards are redeemable in Singapore at the participating merchant stores only.
Each Card is valid for sixty (60) days upon purchase and use of the Card (including its relevant benefits) is subject to the relevant merchant's terms and conditions. Upon expiry of a Card, an Eligible User may re-purchase it.
The Cards are issued by Advanced Plus Technologies for and on behalf of PMPP.
Unless otherwise specified, the Card shall not be used together with other benefits, discounts or vouchers/virtual cards at the same time and shall not be transferred to others or exchanged for cash or for other benefits.
Should there be any breach of these Terms, fraudulent or abusive activities detected, we and/or the Wallet reserves) the right to deny the qualification for discount, cancel the affected transaction and to claim back the applied discount from the user
We and/or Touch 'n Go eWallet shall have the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion details and these Terms at any time without advance notice and any update will be posted on this page.
In addition to these Terms, Touch 'n Go eWallet website/app terms and conditions and other applicable user agreements (collectively, the "Wallet General Terms") shall apply. In case of any discrepancy or inconsistency between these Terms and the Wallet General Terms, these Terms shall prevail.
In case of any dispute about these Terms, we and/or the Wallet shall have the final discretion.
For any enquiries in relation to this Promotion and/or its details, please raise the concern by submitting a ticket to Alipay+ Rewards Customer Service as follow: Tap on Alipay+ Rewards icon from your Touch 'n Go eWallet app homepage -> Rewards Center banner -> Customer Service icon at the top right -> Submit a Ticket button -> Fill up the form and submit.
If a provision of these Terms is held to be illegal, unenforceable, or invalid in any jurisdiction, then that it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, unless that modification is not permitted by law, in which case that provision will be disregarded. The rest of these Terms shall remain in effect as written.
This Promotion is only offered to users of an e-wallet resident in a jurisdiction where such e-wallet can offer its products and services under applicable laws. For the avoidance of doubt, the Wallet does not solicit a user resident in one jurisdiction to sign up to an e-wallet or promotion provided in a different jurisdiction.
In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and other translated versions of these Terms and/or promotional materials, the English version shall always apply and prevail.
