Klook: 9% Off

Terms and Conditions

1.      This Promotion is organized by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (TNGD) and Klook Travel Technology Limited (Partner).

2.      Promotion Period is from 8 September 2023 until 22 September 2023, inclusive of both dates.

3.      Users who spend a minimum of RM150 in a single transaction on the Klook app found within Touch ‘n Go eWallet and apply the promo code ‘TNGKLOOK9’ during the Promotion Period will be able to enjoy a 9% Off (capped at RM20).

4.      This Promotion is only valid for purchases made on the the Klook app found within Touch ‘n Go eWallet.

5.      Only ONE (1) promo code may be used at a time, and ‘TNGKLOOK9’ promo code must be entered upon checkout to be effective.

6.      The discount will be applied immediately at the check-out page if the user meets the eligibility criteria.
Users shall ensure that the discount has been applied to the displayed amount before finalizing the payment. In the event the discount has not been applied, do not proceed with the payment, and contact Klook’s customer service via Klook’s help page at https://www.klook.com/help-center.

7.      Each Touch ‘n Go eWallet user is entitled to enjoy the 9% Off (Capped at RM20) ONE (1) time only, throughout the Promotion Period.

8.      The 9% Off (Capped at RM20) is limited to the first 300 eligible transactions only. The Promotion will cease once the 9% Off  (Capped at RM20) have been fully utilized, or at the expiration of the Promotion Period, whichever is earlier.

9.      This discount shall not be valid with other ongoing promotions, discounts, or vouchers.

10.   This discount cannot be combined or accumulated, and promotion is not exchangeable for cash or replacements.

11.   This Promotion is not applicable for any form or type of reload transactions, gift cards and in-store services.

12.   The Terms of Service shall apply to all uses of the promo code including ‘TNGKLOOK9’ promo code. TNGD and Partner reserves the right to change the terms and conditions or cancel any promotions at any time with prior notice.

13.   TNG Digital shall be entitled to withhold any benefits under the services rendered, with prior notice to the users if the users are found to have been in breached of any TNG Digital’s Users Terms and Conditions. Klook: Diskaun 9%

Terma dan Syarat

1.       Promosi ini dianjurkan oleh TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (TNGD) dan Klook Travel Technology (Rakan Kongsi).

2.      Tempoh Promosi adalah daripada 8 September 2023 sehingga 22 September 2023, termasuk tarikh yang dinyatakan.

3.       Pengguna yang membuat pembelian dengan perbelanjaan minimum RM150 dalam satu resit di aplikasi Klook yang terdapat di dalam Touch ‘n Go eWallet dan menggunakan kod promo 'TNGKLOOK9' semasa Tempoh Promosi boleh menikmati Diskaun 9% (terhad pada RM20).

4.       Promosi ini hanya sah untuk pembelian di aplikasi Klook yang terdapat di dalam Touch ‘n Go eWallet.

5.       Hanya SATU (1) kod promosi yang boleh digunakan pada satu masa, dan kod promosi ‘TNGKLOOK9’ mesti dimasukkan semasa daftar keluar supaya berkesan.

6.       Diskaun ini akan dikenakan serta-merta di laman pembayaran jika pengguna memenuhi kriteria kelayakan.

Pengguna hendaklah memastikan bahawa diskaun telah digunakan pada jumlah yang dipaparkan sebelum memuktamadkan pembayaran. Sekiranya diskaun tidak digunakan, jangan teruskan pembayaran dan hubungi perkhidmatan pelanggan Klook melalui halaman bantuan Klook di https://www.klook.com/help-center.

7.      Setiap pengguna Touch ‘n Go eWallet berhak menikmati Diskaun 9% (terhad pada RM20) sebanyak SATU (1) kali sahaja, sepanjang Tempoh Promosi.

8.      Diskaun 9% (terhad pada RM20) adalah terhad pada 300 transaksi terawal yang layak sahaja. Promosi ini akan dihentikan apabila Diskaun 9% (terhad pada RM20) telah ditebus sepenuhnya atau apabila Tempoh Promosi tamat, yang mana lebih awal.

9.      Promosi ini tidak sah digunakan dengan mana-mana promosi, diskaun atau baucar yang lain.

10.   Penggabungan resit dan/atau pengasingan transaksi adalah tidak dibenarkan.

11.   Promosi ini tidak sah untuk sebarang bentuk atau jenis tambah nilai, kad hadiah dan perkhidmatan dalam kedai.

12.   Syarat Perkhidmatan hendaklah digunakan untuk semua penggunaan kod promosi termasuk kod promosi ‘TNGKLOOK9’. TNGD dan Rakan Kongsi berhak untuk menukar terma dan syarat atau membatalkan sebarang promosi pada bila-bila masa dengan notis awal.
