Klook: 10% Off

Terms and Conditions

  1. This Promotion is organized by Touch ‘n Go Digital Sdn Bhd (TNGD) and Klook Travel Technology Limited (Partner).

  2. Promotion Period is from 18 July 2023 until 31 July 2023, inclusive of both dates.

  3. Users who make a transaction on the Klook app found within Touch ‘n Go eWallet and apply the promo code ‘TNGMPKLOOK10’ during the Promotion Period will be able to enjoy 10% Discount (capped at RM10). There is no minimum spend required for this Promotion.

  4. The promo code is ONLY valid for purchases made on the Klook app found within Touch ‘n Go eWallet.

  5. Only ONE (1) promo code may be used at a time, and ‘TNGMPKLOOK10’ promo code must be entered upon checkout to be effective.

  6. The discount will be applied immediately at the check-out page if the user meets the eligibility criteria.

    Users shall ensure that the discount has been applied to the displayed amount before finalizing the payment. In the event the discount has not been applied, do not proceed with the payment and contact Klook’s customer service via Klook’s help page at https://www.klook.com/help-center.

  7. There is no limit to the number of times a user is entitled to enjoy the 10% Discount (capped at RM10), throughout the Promotion Period.

  8. The 10% Discount (capped at RM10) is limited to first 1,000 eligible transactions only. The Promotion will cease once the ‘TNGMPKLOOK10’ promo code have been fully utilized, or at the expiration of the Promotion Period, whichever is earlier.

  9. This discount shall not be valid with other ongoing promotions, discounts, or vouchers.

  10. This discount cannot be combined or accumulated, and promotion is not exchangeable for cash or replacements.

  11. This discount is not applicable for any form or type of reload transactions, gift cards and in-store services.

  12. The Terms of Service shall apply to all uses of the promo code including ‘TNGMPKLOOK10’ promo code. Touch ‘n Go Digital and Partner reserves the right to change the terms and conditions or cancel any promotions at any time with prior notice.

  13. Touch ‘n Go Digital shall be entitled to withhold any benefits under the services rendered, with prior notice to the users if the users are found to have been in breached of any Touch ‘n Go Digital’s Users Terms and Conditions. Klook: Diskaun 10%

Terma dan Syarat

  1. Promosi ini dianjurkan oleh Touch ‘n Go Digital Sdn Bhd (TNGD) dan Klook Travel Technology Limited (Rakan Kongsi).

  2. Tempoh promosi adalah daripada 18 Julai 2023 sehingga 31 Julai 2023, termasuk tarikh yang dinyatakan.

  3. Pengguna yang membuat pembelian di aplikasi Klook yang terdapat di dalam Touch ‘n Go eWallet dan menggunakan kod promo ‘TNGMPKLOOK10’, boleh mendapat Diskaun 10% (terhad kepada RM10). Promosi ini tidak mempunyaip perbelanjaan minimum.

  4. Diskaun ini hanya SAH bagi pembelian di aplikasi Klook yang terdapat di dalam Touch ‘n Go eWallet sahaja.

  5. Hanya SATU (1) kod promosi boleh digunakan pada satu-satu masa dan kod promosi ‘TNGMPKLOOK10’ mesti dimasukkan semasa di laman pembayaran untuk dapatkan diskaun.

  6. Diskaun akan dikenakan serta-merta di laman pembayaran jika pengguna memenuhi kriteria kelayakan.

    Pengguna hendaklah memastikan bahawa diskaun telah dikenakan ke atas jumlah yang dipaparkan sebelum memuktamadkan pembayaran. Sekiranya diskaun belum dikenakan, jangan teruskan dengan pembayaran dan hubungi khidmat pelanggan Klook melalui halaman pertolongan Klook di https://www.klook.com/help-center.

  7. Tiada had untuk bilangan kali pengguna boleh menikmati Diskaun 10% (terhad kepada RM10), dengan syarat Tempoh promosi belum tamat.

  8. Diskaun 10% (terhad kepada RM10) ini adalah terhad kepada 1,000 transaksi terawal yang memenuhi syarat. Kempen akan dihentikan apabila kod promosi ‘TNGMPKLOOK10’ telah ditebus sepenuhnya atau apabila Tempoh promosi tamat, yang mana lebih awal.

  9. Diskaun ini tidak sah digunakan dengan mana-mana promosi, diskaun atau baucar yang lain.

  10. Diskaun ini tidak boleh digabungkan atau dikumpul dan promosi tidak boleh ditukar dengan wang tunai atau penggantian yang lain.

  11. Diskaun ini tidak sah untuk sebarang bentuk atau jenis tambah nilai, kad hadiah dan perkhidmatan dalam kedai.

  12. Semua penggunaan kod promosi termasuk kod promosi ‘TNGMPKLOOK10’ adalah tertakluk kepada Syarat Perkhidmatan Touch ‘n Go Digital dan Rakan Kongsi. Touch ‘n Go Digital atau Rakan Kongsi berhak untuk menukar terma dan syarat atau membatalkan sebarang promosi pada bila-bila masa dengan notis awal.

  13. Touch ‘n Go Digital berhak untuk menahan sebarang faedah di bawah perkhidmatan yang diberikan, dengan atau tanpa notis kepada pengguna jika pengguna didapati telah melanggar terma dan syarat Pengguna Touch ‘n Go Digital.
