Terms and Conditions

1.       This promotion is organized by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (TNGD) and Cosmo Restaurants Sdn Bhd (Partner).

2.       Promotion period is from 26 June 2023 until 31 July 2023, inclusive of both dates.

3.       Users who purchase ONE (1) Black Pepper Mayo Fries on the Burger King app found within Touch ‘n Go eWallet and apply the promo code ‘BPMAYO’ during the promotion period will be able to enjoy ONE (1) Black Pepper Mayo Fries for FREE.

Users are required to add TWO (2) Black Pepper Mayo Fries into cart and key in the promo code ‘BPMAYO’ upon check out for the price of RM6.90 applies.

4.       This promotion is NOT valid for purchases made on Burger King’s own application.

5.       No combined transactions and/or no split transactions are allowed.

6.       Each user is entitled to ONE (1) redemption of this promotion only throughout the promotion period, with no minimum spending.

7.       The promotion is limited to the first 10,000 users respectively only. The promotion will cease once the promo codes have been fully utilized, or at the expiration of the promotion period, whichever is earlier.

8.       This promotion shall not be valid with other ongoing promotions, discounts, or vouchers.

9.       This discount cannot be combined or accumulated, and promotion is not exchangeable for cash or replacements.

10.   This promotion is not applicable for any form or type of reload transactions, gift cards and in-store services.

11.   The Terms of Service shall apply to all transactions using the ‘BPMAYO’ promo code. TNGD and Partner reserves the right to change the terms and conditions or cancel any promotions at any time with prior notice.

12.   TNG Digital shall be entitled to withhold any benefits under the services rendered, with prior notice to the users if the users are found to have been in breached of any TNG Digital’s Users Terms and Conditions. 1.       Promosi ini dianjurkan oleh TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (TNGD) dan Cosmo Restaurants Sdn Bhd (Rakan Kongsi).

2.       Tempoh promosi adalah dari 26 Jun 2023 sehingga 1 Julai 2023, termasuk tarikh yang dinyatakan.

3.       Pengguna yang membuat pembelian SATU (1) Black Pepper Mayo Fries di aplikasi Burger King dalam Touch ‘n Go eWallet dan gunakan kod promo ‘BPMAYO’ boleh mendapat SATU (1) Black Pepper Mayo Fries secara PERCUMA.

Pengguna hendaklah memastikan DUA (2) Black Pepper Mayo Fries ditambahkan dalam kart dan gunakan kod promo ‘BPMAYO’ di laman pembayaran untuk RM6.90 dipaparkan sebelum memuktamadkan pembayaran.

4.       Promosi ini TIDAK SAH bagi pembelian di aplikasi Burger King yang sendiri.

7.       Promosi ini adalah sah bagi 10,000 pengguna terawal sahaja. Promosi akan dihentikan apabila kod promo telah digunakan sepenuhnya atau pada tamat tempoh promosi, yang mana lebih awal.

8.       Promosi ini tidak sah digunakan dengan mana-mana promosi, diskaun atau baucar yang lain.

9.       Diskaun ini tidak boleh digabungkan atau dikumpul dan promosi tidak boleh ditukar dengan wang tunai atau penggantian yang lain.
