Terms and Conditions

1.       The [Apply for TNG Visa Card & win an iPhone 14] Lucky Draw ("Campaign") is organized by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (201701042478) ("TNGD") and is governed by the following Terms and Conditions.

2.       This Campaign is scheduled to run from 24 November 2023 to 7 December 2023.

3.       Participation in this Campaign is open exclusively to Malaysian teenagers aged 12-17 during the campaign period.

4.       Throughout the Campaign period, each Eligible User stands a chance to win an iPhone 14 by purchasing the TNG Visa Card through their eWallet.

5.       The winner of the iPhone 14 will be randomly selected at the conclusion of the campaign.

6.       The announcement of the winner will be made on our social media platform-Facebook, and the winner will be notified via email.

7.       TNG Digital reserves the right to withhold any benefits under the services provided, with prior notice to users, in the event of a breach of any of TNG Digital's User Terms and Conditions (https://www.touchngo.com.my/assets/pdf/user-tnc.pdf).

Winners Selection & Announcement

1.       The winners will be selected by random draw from the total number of entries accumulated during the Campaign Period.

2.       The prize winners will be selected and announced on 12 December after the Campaign ends.

3.       Winners of this Campaign will be announced on Touch ‘n Go eWallet official Facebook page.

4.      TNGD’s decision regarding the selection of the winners, and/or in even situation including any not covered in these Terms and Conditions, shall be final and binding on all participants in this Campaign, and no queries, challenges or appeals may be made or entertained regarding TNGD’s decision on the same.

5.       Any user who has been found performing certain action on their account that are of high risk and not in line with TNG Digital’s Users Terms and Conditions or terminates their eWallet account during the Campaign Period shall be automatically disqualified from this Campaign and shall not be entitled to participate in this Campaign.

6.       TNG Digital Sdn. Bhd. employees are not eligible to win the Prize in the Lucky Draw.

Prize Fulfilment

7.       Prize fulfilment will be processed within 14 business days after winner’s announcement and the physical prizes will be sent to the winners by 31 December 2023 via the e-mail registered in Touch ‘n Go eWallet.

8.       All the winners will be contacted via email on the same day the winners are announced. Winners will be required to provide the proof of identification card and contact details to TNGD for the prize delivery arrangement.

9.       TNGD will not be responsible for any disputes/claims that arise from users’ failure to receive winners’ notification email or prizes from TNGD, due to such users’ fault/negligence, including, but not limited to, wrong email address registered on Touch ‘n Go eWallet, wrong e-mail provided, or shared email account.

10.   The eligibility to claim the prize will be forfeited if the winners do not respond to the email sent by TNGD within SEVEN (7) business days from the day the email was sent.

11.   If there is any winner who fails to acknowledge the notification by the required period; unable to adhere to this Campaign’s terms and conditions; and forfeits or does not claim the prize, the prize(s) will be void.

12.   All prizes are non-transferable to another individual and non-negotiable. The Organiser will not be held liable of damages caused during the delivery process. No replacement and/or exchange of prize will be entertained.

13.   The Organiser makes no warranties or representations with respect to the prizes and shall not be responsible nor liable for any misuse of any of the prizes, nor for any claims, liability, loss or damages arising out of or in connection with the prizes associated with this Lucky Draw.

Permissions

14.   By participating in this Campaign, all participants:

a.       consent for TNGD to collect, record, hold, store, use, and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation; and

b.       consent for TNGD to disclose or publish their personal information such as their names and identities and any general information in any media, marketing, or advertising materials; and

c.       grant TNGD the right to modify, use and publish any still or moving images of the participants for any promotional, marketing, commercial, or other related purpose, without any payment or compensation.

Others

15.   TNG Digital shall be entitled to withhold any benefits under the services rendered, with prior notice to the users if the users are found to have been in breached of any TNG Digital’s Users Terms and Conditions. Terma dan Syarat

1.       Kempen [Mohon Kad Visa TNG & Menang iPhone 14] ("Kempen") dianjurkan oleh TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (201701042478) ("TNGD") dan tertakluk kepada Terma dan Syarat berikut.

2.       Kempen ini dijadualkan berlangsung dari 24 November 2023 hingga 7 Disember 2023.

3.       Penyertaan dalam Kempen ini terbuka eksklusif kepada remaja Malaysia berumur 12-17 tahun di dalam tempoh kempen.

4.       Sepanjang tempoh Kempen, setiap Pengguna Layak berpeluang memenangi iPhone 14 dengan membeli Kad Visa TNG melalui eWallet mereka.

5.       Pemenang iPhone 14 akan dipilih secara rawak pada akhir Kempen.

6.       Pengumuman pemenang akan dibuat di platform media sosial kami melalui Facebook, dan pemenang akan dimaklumkan melalui emel

7.       TNG Digital berhak untuk menahan sebarang faedah di bawah perkhidmatan yang diberikan, dengan notis terlebih dahulu kepada pengguna, sekiranya pengguna didapati melanggar Terma dan Syarat Pengguna TNG Digital (https://www.touchngo.com.my/assets/pdf/user-tnc.pdf).

Pemilihan dan Pengumuman Pemenang

1.       Pemenang cabutan bertuah akan dipilih secara rawak daripada jumlah penyertaan yang terkumpul semasa Tempoh Kempen.

2.       Pemilihan dan Pengumuman Pemenang akan dipilih dan diumumkan pada 12 Disember selepas Kempen tamat.

3.       Pemenang cabutan bertuah ini akan diumumkan di saluran media sosial Touch ‘n Go eWallet yang rasmi melalui Facebook.

4.       Keputusan pihak TNGD mengenai pilihan pemenang-pemenang, dan/atau dalam apa jua keadaan, termasuk apa-apa yang tidak dilindungi dalam Terma dan Syarat ini, adalah muktamad bagi semua peserta Kempen ini, dan tiada pertanyaan, cabaran atau rayuan boleh dibuat mahupun dilayan tentang keputusan tersebut.

5.       Mana-mana pengguna yang didapati melakukan tindakan tertentu pada akaun mereka yang berisiko tinggi dan tidak selaras dengan Terma dan Syarat Pengguna TNG Digital atau menamatkan akaun eWallet mereka semasa Tempoh Kempen akan hilang kelayakan secara automatik daripada Kempen ini dan tidak berhak untuk menyertai Kempen ini.

6.       Pekerja-pekerja TNG Digital adalah tidak layak untuk memenangi Hadiah dalam Cabutan Bertuah.

Penunaian Hadiah

7.       Proses penunaian hadiah akan diproses dalam tempoh 14 hari perniagaan selepas pengumuman pemenang dan hadiah fizikal akan dihantar kepada pemenang melalui e-mel yang didaftarkan dalam Touch ‘n Go eWallet menjelang 31 Disember 2023.

8.       Semua pemenang akan dihubungi melalui e-mel pada hari yang sama di mana senarai pemenang diumumkan. Pemenang akan dikehendaki memberikan bukti pengenalan diri dan butiran hubungan kepada TNGD untuk urusan penghantaran hadiah.

9.       TNGD tidak akan bertanggungjawab ke atas sebarang pertikaian/tuntutan yang timbul daripada kegagalan pengguna menerima e-mel pemberitahuan pemenang daripada TNGD, disebabkan oleh kesalahan/kecuaian pengguna tersebut, termasuk, tetapi tidak terhad kepada, alamat e-mel berdaftar dalam aplikasi Touch ‘n Go eWallet yang tidak tepat, alamat e-mel yang salah diberikan atau akaun e-mel yang dikongsi.

10.   Kelayakan untuk menuntut Hadiah akan dilucutkan sekiranya pemenang tidak membalas emel yang dihantar oleh pihak Penganjur dalam masa TUJUH (7) hari bekerja setelah menerima emel.

11.   Jika terdapat mana-mana pemenang yang gagal untuk mengakui pemberitahuan dalam tempoh yang diperlukan; tidak dapat mematuhi terma dan syarat Kempen ini; dan kehilangan atau tidak menuntut hadiah, hadiah akan terbatal.

12.   Hadiah tidak boleh dipindah milik kepada individu lain dan tidak boleh dirunding. Pihak Penganjur tidak akan bertanggungjawab ke atas kerosakan semasa proses penghantaran. Tiada penggantian dan/atau pertukaran hadiah akan dilayan.

13.   Pihak Penganjur tidak membuat sebarang waranti atau perwakilan berkenaan dengan hadiah-hadiah tersebut dan tidak akan bertanggungjawab ke atas sebarang penyalahgunaan mana-mana hadiah, mahupun untuk sebarang tuntutan, liabiliti, kerugian atau kerosakan yang timbul daripada atau berkaitan dengan hadiah-hadiah yang berkaitan dengan Cabutan Bertuah ini.

Keizinan

14.   Dengan menyertai Cabutan Bertuah, semua peserta:

a.       membenarkan TNG Digital mengumpul, merekod, memegang, menyimpan, mengguna dan mendedahkan maklumat peribadi mereka hanya untuk tujuan yang diperlukan ataupun berkaitan dengan Kempen ini; dan

b.       bersetuju untuk TNG Digital mendedahkan atau menerbitkan maklumat peribadi mereka seperti nama dan identity mereka dan sebarang maklumat umum di mana-mana media, pemasaran atau bahan pengiklanan; dan

c.       membenarkan TNG Digital hak untuk mengubahsuai, mengguna dan menerbit sebarang gambar peserta untuk tujuan promosi, pemasaran, komersial atau tujuan lain yang berkaitan, tanpa sebarang pembayaran ataupun pampasan.

Lain-lain
