2024 GOHuat - Principal Unit Trust Campaign (“Campaign”) Terms & Conditions

  1. The Campaign is organised by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (201701042478) (“TNG Digital”) and Principal Asset Management Berhad (199401018399 (304078-K) (“Principal”).

  2. The Campaign begins on 18 January 2024 and ends on 24 February 2024, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”).

Eligibility

  1. The Campaign is open to all GOinvest user who Cash In a minimum of RM500 in a single transaction in to their GOinvest (i) Save and/or (ii) Invest feature account during the Campaign Period (“Eligible Participant”).

  2. Eligible Participants can Cash In into any one (1) of the following products:

a) Principal Islamic Money Market Fund

b) Principal Islamic Global Selection Moderate Conservative Fund

c) Principal Islamic Global Selection Moderate Fund

d) Principal Islamic Lifetime Enhanced Sukuk Fund

e) Principal Global Titans Fund

f) Principal DALI Global Equity Fund

g) Principal Asia Pacific Dynamic Income Fund

h) Principal Asia Pacific Dynamic Mixed Asset Fund

i) Principal Islamic Global Selection Aggressive Fund

j) Principal Islamic Lifetime Balanced Fund

k) Principal Islamic Enhanced Opportunities Fund

(“Eligible Product”).

 

  1. Eligible Participants will be entitled to an additional Bonus Rate as defined below (“Campaign Rewards”).

Campaign Rewards & Mechanics

  1. Subject to the terms and conditions stated herein, the Eligible Participant who satisfies the conditions stated in Clause 3, 4 and 7 below will be entitled for 1.88% per annum (p.a.) additional bonus rate throughout the Post Campaign Period (as set out in Item 7(c) below) in addition to the monthly income distribution on their GOinvest Save and/or Invest feature account.

  2. Eligible Participants are required to fulfil all of the following requirements to be entitled to the Campaign Rewards:

a) The Eligible Participant must key in “GOHUAT” in the promo code field of GOinvest Save and/or Invest feature account whenever a cash in is performed within the Campaign Period.

b) The Cash In and Investment Subscription must be successfully completed within the Campaign Period.

c) The Eligible Participant must maintain the subscription in their GOinvest Save and/or Invest feature account for a holding period of thirty (30) days from the last day of the Campaign Period, i.e. from 25th February 2024, 12:00 AM to 25th March 2024, 11.59pm (“Post Campaign Period”). The Eligible Participant shall not be entitled to the Campaign Rewards if any redemption is performed during the Post Campaign Period.

d) The additional bonus rate of 1.88%p.a. will be calculated based on the Net Cash Flow (“NCF”) amount in the Eligible Participant’s GOinvest Save and/or Invest account last recorded as at the last day of the Campaign Period, i.e. 24th February 2024 11.59 PM.

e) Each Eligible Participant who fulfils all the criteria stated in this terms & conditions herein is entitled to earn the Campaign Reward, capped at RM88 per Eligible Participant.

f) The Campaign Reward will be in the form of cash back into the Eligible Participant’s TNG e-wallet account, which will be credited into the Eligible Participant’s TNG e-wallet account within 45 days after Post Campaign Period (“Reward Distribution Date”).

g) If the Eligible Participant closes their TNG eWallet account and/or GOinvest account or exercises their right to cooling off prior to the Reward Distribution Date, the Eligible Participant shall be automatically disqualified from this Campaign and shall not be entitled to the Campaign Reward.

  1. For avoidance of any doubt, Eligible Participant will not be entitled to the Campaign Reward, if the Amount Capped (“as defined below”) is fully allocated or utilized.

 

  1. This Campaign will end once the maximum allocation of RM45,000 of the Campaign Reward amount (“Amount Capped”) is reached or when the Campaign Period ends, whichever is earlier.

  2. Eligible Participants are entitled to participate concurrently in other promotions or campaigns organised by Principal or TNGD during the Campaign Period.

  3. By participating in this Campaign, Users agree to allow TNGD and Principal the right to use names, private details and photographs of the Users and/or Winners, for marketing, advertising and publicity purposes, in accordance with applicable laws without any cost or compensation.

  4. All Winners shall be personally liable for all taxes, rates, government fees or any other charges that may be levied against them under the applicable laws in relation to the prizes and this Campaign.

  5. TNGD shall be entitled to withhold any benefits pursuant to this Campaign, with prior notice to the Users if the Users are found to have been in breach of any TNGD’s Users Terms and Conditions which can be found at https://www.touchngo.com.my/assets/pdf/user-tnc.pdf

  6. TNGD and Principal reserve the right, at any time, to alter, shorten, cancel, suspend or terminate this Campaign earlier in whole or in part, or to vary, delete, or add any Terms and Conditions herein anytime by giving written notice through the TNGD and Principal websites or social media platforms owned by TNGD and Principal, respectively.

  7. TNGD and Principal reserve the right to disqualify/reject any Users who do not comply with these terms and conditions stated herein and/or are found or suspected to be tampering with this Campaign and/or its process or the operations of this Campaign. Tampering shall include fraudulent activities involving any act of deceit and/or deception and/or cheating with regards to this Campaign.

  8. TNGD and Principal shall not be responsible or liable for any losses howsoever arising or suffered by the Users whether arising directly or indirectly from the Users’ participation in this Campaign or otherwise.

  9. These Terms and Conditions shall be further subject to the TNGD’s General Terms and Conditions which can be found at https://www.touchngo.com.my/terms-conditions/general-campaign-terms-and-conditions/.

  10. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia.

  11. In the event of any inconsistencies, discrepancies or conflicts between the English version and the Bahasa Malaysia version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

Terma & Syarat Kempen GOhuat - Amanah Unit Utama Principal 2024 (“Kempen”)

  1. Kempen ini dianjurkan oleh TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (201701042478) (“TNG Digital”) dan Principal Asset Management Berhad (199401018399 (304078-K) (“Principal”).

  2. Kempen ini bermula pada 18 Januari 2024 dan berakhir pada 24 Februari 2024, kedua-dua tarikh termasuk (“Tempoh Kempen”).

Kelayakan

  1. Kempen ini terbuka kepada semua pengguna GOinvest yang melaburkan sekurang-kurangnya RM500 dalam satu transaksi ke dalam akaun GOinvest (i) Save dan/atau (ii) Invest mereka semasa Tempoh Kempen (“Peserta Layak”).

  2. Peserta Layak boleh melakukan pelaburan ke dalam mana-mana satu (1) produk berikut:

a) Principal Islamic Money Market Fund

b) Principal Islamic Global Selection Moderate Conservative Fund

c) Principal Islamic Global Selection Moderate Fund

d) Principal Islamic Lifetime Enhanced Sukuk Fund

e) Principal Global Titans Fund

f) Principal DALI Global Equity Fund

g) Principal Asia Pacific Dynamic Income Fund

h) Principal Asia Pacific Dynamic Mixed Asset Fund

i) Principal Islamic Global Selection Aggressive Fund

j) Principal Islamic Lifetime Balanced Fund

k) Principal Islamic Enhanced Opportunities Fund

(“Produk Layak”).

 

  1. Peserta Layak akan layak untuk Kadar Bonus tambahan seperti yang ditakrifkan di bawah (“Ganjaran Kempen”).

Ganjaran & Mekanik Kempen

  1. Tertakluk kepada terma dan syarat yang dinyatakan di sini, Peserta Layak yang memenuhi syarat-syarat yang dinyatakan dalam Fasal 3, 4 dan 7 di bawah akan berhak mendapat 1.88% setahun (p.a.) kadar bonus tambahan selama tempoh pasca kempen (dinyatakan dalam Perkara 7(c) di bawah) sebagai ganjaran tambahan kepada pengagihan pendapatan bulanan pada akaun GOinvest Save dan/atau Invest pengguna.

 

  1. Peserta Layak dikehendaki memenuhi semua syarat berikut untuk layak mendapat Ganjaran Kempen:

a) Peserta Layak mesti memasukkan “GOHUAT” dalam bidang kod promosi akaun GOinvest Save dan/atau Invest apabila pelaburan dilakukan dalam Tempoh Kempen.

b) Pelaburan mesti berjaya diselesaikan dalam Tempoh Kempen.

c) Peserta Layak mesti mengekalkan pelaburan yang dilakukan dalam akaun GOinvest Save dan/atau Invest mereka untuk tempoh pegangan selama tiga puluh (30) hari dari hari terakhir Tempoh Kempen, iaitu. dari 25 Februari 2024, 12:00 PG hingga 25 Mac 2024, 11.59 malam (“Tempoh Pasca Kempen”). Peserta Layak tidak berhak mendapat Ganjaran Kempen jika apa-apa penebusan dilakukan semasa Tempoh Kempen Pasca.

d) Kadar bonus tambahan sebanyak 1.88%p.a. akan dikira berdasarkan amaun Aliran Tunai Bersih (“NCF”) dalam akaun GOinvest Save dan/atau Invest Peserta Layak kali terakhir direkodkan pada hari terakhir Tempoh Kempen, iaitu. 24 Februari 2024 11.59 PM.

e) Setiap Peserta Layak yang memenuhi semua kriteria yang dinyatakan dalam terma & syarat ini berhak mendapat Ganjaran Kempen, dihadkan pada RM88 bagi setiap Peserta Layak.

f). Ganjaran Kempen akan diberikan dalam bentuk pulangan tunai ke dalam akaun e-dompet TNG Peserta Layak. Ganjaran Kempen akan dikreditkan ke dalam akaun e-dompet TNG Peserta Layak dalam tempoh 45 hari selepas Tempoh Kempen Pasca (“Tarikh Pengagihan Ganjaran”).

g) Jika Peserta Layak menutup akaun e-dompet TNG atau akaun GOinvest mereka atau melaksanakan hak mereka untuk menyejukkan sebelum Tarikh Pengagihan Ganjaran, Peserta Layak akan secara automatik hilang kelayakan daripada Kempen ini dan tidak berhak mendapat Ganjaran Kempen.

  1. Untuk mengelakkan sebarang keraguan, Peserta Layak tidak akan berhak mendapat Ganjaran Kempen, jika Jumlah Dihadkan (“seperti yang ditakrifkan di bawah”) diperuntukkan atau digunakan sepenuhnya.

  2. Kempen ini akan berakhir sebaik sahaja peruntukan maksimum RM45,000 daripada jumlah Ganjaran Kempen (“Ganjaran Kempen Maksimum”) dicapai atau apabila Tempoh Kempen berakhir, yang mana lebih awal.

  3. Peserta Layak berhak untuk mengambil bahagian secara serentak dalam promosi atau kempen lain yang dianjurkan oleh Principal atau TNGD semasa Tempoh Kempen.

  4. Dengan menyertai dalam Kempen ini, Pengguna bersetuju untuk membenarkan TNGD dan Principal hak untuk menggunakan nama, butiran peribadi dan gambar Pengguna dan/atau Pemenang, untuk tujuan pemasaran, pengiklanan dan publisiti, mengikut undang-undang yang terpakai tanpa sebarang kos atau pampasan.

  5. Semua Pemenang akan bertanggungjawab secara peribadi untuk semua cukai, kadar, yuran kerajaan atau apa-apa caj lain yang mungkin dikenakan ke atasnya di bawah undang-undang yang terpakai berhubung dengan hadiah dan Kempen ini.

  6. TNGD berhak untuk menahan apa-apa faedah menurut Kempen ini, dengan notis terlebih dahulu kepada Pengguna jika Pengguna didapati telah melanggar mana-mana Terma dan Syarat Pengguna TNGD’s yang boleh didapati di https://www.touchngo.com.my/assets/pdf/user-tnc.pdf

  7. TNGD dan Principal berhak, pada bila-bila masa, untuk mengubah, memendekkan, membatalkan, menggantung atau menamatkan Kempen ini lebih awal secara keseluruhan atau sebahagian, atau untuk mengubah, memadam, atau, atau tambah apa-apa Terma dan Syarat di sini bila-bila masa dengan memberi notis bertulis melalui laman web TNGD dan Principal atau platform media sosial yang dimiliki oleh TNGD dan Principal.

  8. TNGD dan Principal berhak untuk membatalkan kelayakan/menolak mana-mana Pengguna yang tidak mematuhi terma dan syarat yang dinyatakan di sini dan/atau didapati atau disyaki mengganggu Kempen ini dan/atau prosesnya atau operasi Kempen ini. Ini termasuk aktiviti penipuan yang melibatkan apa-apa perbuatan penipuan dan/atau penipuan dan/atau penipuan berhubung dengan Kempen ini.

  9. TNGD dan Principal tidak akan bertanggungjawab atau bertanggungjawab ke atas sebarang kerugian yang timbul atau dialami oleh Pengguna sama ada yang timbul secara langsung atau tidak langsung daripada penyertaan pengunna dalam Kempen ini atau sebaliknya.

  10. Terma dan Syarat ini akan terus tertakluk kepada Terma dan Syarat Umum TNGD’s yang boleh didapati di https://www.touchngo.com.my/terms-conditions/general-campaign-terms-and-conditions/.

  11. Terma dan Syarat ini akan ditadbir oleh undang-undang Malaysia.

  12. Sekiranya terdapat sebarang yang tidak konsisten, percanggahan atau konflik antara versi Bahasa Inggeris dan versi Bahasa Malaysia Terma dan Syarat ini, versi Bahasa Inggeris Terma dan Syarat ini akan diguna pakai.
