Q2           What is the duration of this promotion?

Promotion Period is from 11 December 2023 until 31 January 2024, inclusive of both dates.

The RM12 Discount is limited to first 1,000 eligible transactions only. The Promotion will cease once the ‘TNGJAN12’ promo code have been fully utilized, or at the expiration of the Promotion Period, whichever is earlier.

Q3           Who is eligible for this promotion?

Q4           Is the promotion valid on all Watsons platforms?

This promotion is only valid for purchases made on Watsons app found within the Touch ‘n Go eWallet. This promotion is NOT valid for purchases made on Watson’s own application.

Q5           How many times can I enjoy this promotion?

Each Touch ‘n Go eWallet User is entitled to enjoy the RM12 Discount THREE (3) times only, throughout the Promotion Period.

Q6           Are there any capping/limitations to this promotion?

The RM12 Discount is limited to first 1,000 eligible transactions only. The Promotion will cease once the ‘TNGJAN12’ promo code have been fully utilized, or at the expiration of the Promotion Period, whichever is earlier.

Q7           When will I receive the discount?

The discount will be applied immediately at the check-out page if the user meets the eligibility criteria.

Q8           Who should I contact if the promotion does not work as expected?

Users shall ensure that the discount has been applied to the displayed amount before finalizing the payment. In the event the discount has not been applied, do not proceed with the payment and contact Watsons via email at hello@watsons.com.my
