Q1. What is this campaign about? Touch ‘n Go eWallet users who subscribe (sign up or upgrade) for WalletSafe either Basic plan or Pro plan within Campaign Period will stand a chance to win Weekly, Consolation or Grand Prize worth prizes up to RM10,000. 

Q2. What is the duration of the campaign?The Campaign begins on 16th October to 30th November 2023, both days inclusive

Q3. How many entries I will be getting if I subscribed to WalletSafe?You would get 1x entry if you subscribed to WalletSafe Basic. If you subscribed (either sign up or upgrade) to WalletSafe Pro, you will be getting 10x entries to participate in the Lucky Draw.  

Q4. How can I participate in the Lucky Draw?To participate in the Lucky Draw, user would need to subscribe to WalletSafe within the Campaign Period.  Users who have successfully subscribed to WalletSafe (either Basic Plan or Pro Plan) would be automatically entitled to participate in the Lucky Draw.

Q5. Can I purchase multiple policy to increase the chance of winning?No. One user is only allowed to purchase ONE (1) WalletSafe policy only.

Q6. When will the Lucky Draw start?The Lucky Draw will be conducted within 15 working days after the completion of the campaign whereby users will stand a chance to win Touch ‘n Go eWallet credit worth between RM10, RM50 or RM100 and GOprotect cashback voucher worth between RM10, RM50 or RM100.

Q7. Can I win more than one prizes in this campaign? No. Winners of the lucky draw are only entitled to win ONE (1) Prize throughout the entire Campaign Period.

Q8. How many total winners for the campaign?Total 330 units of Touch ‘n Go eWallet Credit & GOprotect cashback voucher worth RM10, RM50 and RM100 will be given out for this Campaign for 330 lucky winners.

Q10. How are The Lucky Draw winners being chosen?The winners will be chosen randomly by TNG Digital. 

Q11. When will I received the eWallet credit and the GOprotect cashback voucher if I am the lucky winner?You will receive your credit and cashback voucher within 5 working days after winners’ announcement has been made on TNG Digital official website and Social Media. 

Q12. How am I going to receive the cashback voucher if I am one of the lucky winners? GOprotect cashback voucher will be shared to you via your registered email address. 

Q13. How will I know that I am selected as Lucky Draw winners?Winner announcement will be made through Facebook or Instagram posts and on TNG Digital official website. 

Q14. If I have won the Prize, can I exchange it for cash or other products?All prizes are non-transferable to another individual and absolutely non-negotiable.

S1. Apakah tawaran kempen ini? Pengguna yang mendaftar (daftar atau naik taraf) WalletSafe sama ada Pelan Basic ataupun Pelan Pro dalam Tempoh Kempen layak untuk menyertai Kempen ini dalam Cabutan Bertuah bagi hadiah mingguan, hadiah saguhati atau hadiah utama dengan jumlah RM10,000.  

S2. Berapa lamakah tempoh kempen?Kempen bermula pada 16hb Oktober 2023 hingga 30hb November 2023, termasuk kedua-dua tarikh yang dinyatakan.

S3. Berapakah penyertaan yang saya akan dapat sekiranya saya mendaftar WalletSafe? Pengguna akan mendapat satu (1) penyertaan sekirannya pengguna mendaftar pelan WalletSafe Basic. Sekiranya pengguna mendaftar pelan WalletSafe Pro (sama ada daftar atau naik taraf), pengguna akan mendapat sepuluh (10) penyertaan dalam Cabutan Bertuah.  

S4. Bagaimana untuk menyertai Cabutan Bertuah ini?Pengguna perlu mendaftar WalletSafe (sama ada daftar atau naik taraf) semasa Tempoh Kempen untuk layak secara automatik untuk menyertai dalam Cabutan Bertuah.  

S5. Bolehkah saya membeli beberapa polisi untuk meningkatkan peluang untuk menang?Tidak. Pengguna hanya dibenarkan membeli SATU (1) polisi WalletSafe sahaja.

S6. Bilakah Cabutan Bertuah akan bermula?Cabutan Bertuah akan dilaksanakan dalam masa 15 hari bekerja selepas tamatnya tempoh kempen, di mana pengguna akan berpeluang memenangi kredit e-dompet Touch ‘n Go dan baucar pulangan tunai GOprotect bernilai RM10, RM50 ataupun RM100.

S7. Bolehkah saya memenangi lebih dari satu hadiah dalam kempen ini?Tidak. Pemenang cabutan bertuah hanya layak memenangi SATU (1) Hadiah sepanjang Tempoh Kempen.

S8. Berapakah jumlah pemenang untuk kempen ini?

Sejumlah 330 unit kredit Touch ‘n Go eWallet dan baucar pulangan tunai GOprotect bernilai RM10, RM50, dan RM100 akan dihadiahkan dalam Kempen ini untuk 330 orang pemenang bertuah.
