Q1. What does this Promotion offer?

A1. This promotion offers eligible users who reload a minimum of RM500 in their Touch ‘n Go eWallet (“eWallet”) in a single transaction with a valid and active UOB Credit Card will get RM18 cashback credited into their eWallet. This promotion is also available to Citi-branded credit cardholders subject to availability. The trademarks “Citi”, “Citibank”, “Citigroup”, the Arc design and all similar trademarks and derivations thereof are used temporarily under licence by UOB Bank Malaysia from Citigroup Inc. and related group entities.

Q2. What is the duration of this promotion?

A2. This promotion begins from 20 April 2023 to 28 July 2023.

Q3. How much should I reload in my eWallet to be eligible to get cashback?

A3. You need to reload a minimum of RM500 in your eWallet.

Q4. What is the maximum cashback amount I can receive?

A4. Eligible UOB or Citi Credit card will get maximum cashback of RM18 per Offer Date.

Q5. What is the cashback capping of this Promotion?

A5. The monthly cashback capping may differ each month. Please refer to Clause 3, Table 2 of the Promotion Terms and Conditions. Overall, the offer is limited to a cap equivalent to RM168,480 over the promotion period on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Q6. Will users be informed once the Cashback capping has reached?

A6. No, users will not be informed. Users would not get any cashback once the Cashback capping has been reached.

Q7. When will I receive the Cashback in my eWallet?

A7. The Cashback will be credited into your eWallet within ten (10) working days after each Offer Month.

Q8. I did not receive my Cashback after 10 working days from the Offer Month end date. What can I do?

A8. This could be due to one of the following reasons:

  • You did not reload a minimum of RM500 into your eWallet or;

  • You only reloaded before or after the Offer Dates or;

  • You did not use a valid UOB/Citi Credit Card to reload eWallet or;

  • The cashback capping has been reached.

  • You have breached the User and General Terms and Conditions.

Q9. How do I reload my eWallet using credit card?

A9.

  • Step 1: Launch your Touch ‘n Go eWallet app.

  • Step 2: Tap “+Reload” then Tap “eWallet Balance”.

  • Step 3: Enter your preferred amount to reload and tap “Reload eWallet”.

  • Step 4: Tap “New Credit/Debit Card” then fill in the card details.

  • Step 5: Key in One Time Password sent by your card issuing bank, then you are done.

Promosi ini menawarkan pengguna layak yang menambah nilai sekurang-kurangnya RM500 dalam satu transaksi ke dalam Touch ‘n Go eWallet (“eWallet”) dengan Kad Kredit UOB yang sah dan aktif akan menerima RM18 pulangan tunai dikreditkan ke dalam akaun eWallet. Tawaran ini tersedia kepada pemenang kad kredit berjenama Citi tertakluk pada ketersediaan. Tanda dagangan "Citi", "Citibank", "Citigroup", reka bentuk Arc dan semua tanda dagangan dan terbitan yang serupa digunakan buat sementara waktu di bawah lesen oleh UOB Bank Malaysia dari Citigroup Inc. dan entiti kumpulan yang berkaitan.

S2. Apakah tempoh Promosi ini?

J2. Promosi ini bermula pada 20 April 2023 dan tamat pada 28 Julai 2023.

S3. Berapakah jumlah tambah nilai eWallet untuk layak mendapat pulangan tunai ini?

J3. Anda perlu menambah nilai eWallet sekurang-kurangnya RM500.

S4. Apakah jumlah Pulangan Tunai maksimum yang saya boleh terima?

J4. Kad Kredit UOB/Citi yang layak akan menerima Pulangan Tunai maksimum sebanyak RM18 bagi setiap Tarikh Tawaran.

S5. Apakah jumlah had Pulangan Tunai untuk Promosi ini?

J6. Had pulangan tunai bulanan mungkin berbeza bagi setiap bulan. Sila rujuk Klausa 3, Jadual 2 Terma dan Syarat promosi. Secara keseluruhan tawaran adalah terhad kepada pulangan tunai bersamaan dengan nilai sebanyak RM168,480 sepanjang tempoh promosi atas dasar yang pertama didahulukan.

S6. Adakah pengguna akan dimaklumkan apabila had Pulangan Tunai telah pun tercapai?

J6. Tidak, pengguna tidak akan dimaklumkan. Pengguna tidak akan mendapat Pulangan Tunai apabila had telah tercapai.

S7. Bilakah akan saya menerima Pulangan Tunai di dalam eWallet?

J7. Pulangan Tunai akan dikredit ke dalam eWallet anda dalam tempoh sepuluh (10) hari bekerja selepas tamat setiap Bulan Tawaran.

S8. Saya tidak mendapat Pulangan Tunai selepas 10 hari bekerja dari tamat Bulan Tawaran, kenapa dan apakah yang patut saya buat?

J8. Ini mungkin disebabkan oleh salah satu daripada sebab-sebab yang berikut:

  • Anda tidak menambah nilai sekurang-kurangnya RM500 ke dalam eWallet atau;

  • Anda hanya menambah nilai sebelum atau selepas Tarikh Tawaran atau;

  • Anda tidak mengguna Kad Kredit UOB/Citi yang sah untuk menambah nilai eWallet atau;

  • Had pulangan tunai telah dicapai.

  • Anda melanggar Terma dan Syarat Pengguna dan Am.

  • Langkah 1: Buka aplikasi Touch ‘n Go eWallet anda.

  • Langkah 2: Klik “+Reload” kemudian klik “eWallet Balance"

  • Langkah 3: Masukkan jumlah  tambah nilai dan klik “Reload eWallet"

  • Langkah 4: Klik “New Credit/Debit Card”, kemudian masukkan maklumat kad

  • Langkah 5: Masukkan ”One Time Password” yang dihantar oleh bank anda, kemudian selesai.
