Q1        What is the promotion?

A1        Spend a minimum of RM16 in a single receipt when making a purchase on Tealive app found within Touch ‘n Go eWallet to get a cashback of RM2. This promotion is ONLY valid for in-store pick up purchases via the Tealive app found within Touch ‘n Go eWallet. Over the counter purchases at Tealive stores are NOT eligible for this promotion.

Q2       What is the duration of this promotion?

A2        This promotion is valid from 1 April 2023 till 30 April 2023, or the first 10,000 eligible transactions. The promotion will cease once the cashback limit is reached or at the expiration of the promotion period, whichever is earlier.

Q3        Who is eligible for this promotion?

A3        All users of the Touch ‘n Go eWallet who make a purchase using Tealive app function found within the Touch ‘n Go eWallet and comply with the terms and conditions of this promotion. Please take note that purchase using Touch ‘n Go card is not eligible for this promotion.

Q4        How many times can I be entitled for the Direct Cashback?

J4        Limited to ONE (1) time of cashback per Touch ‘n Go eWallet user throughout the promotion period. The cashback amount will be credited into the user’s Touch ‘n Go eWallet within the same day of the eligible transaction.

Q5       Which Tealive stores are applicable for this promotion?

A5        This promotion is applicable for all participating Tealive stores nationwide EXCEPT Tealive in Aeon Delica, Max Value and Cold Storage KLCC.

S1 Apakah promosi itu?

J1 Belanja minimum RM16 dalam satu resit apabila membuat pembelian pada aplikasi Tealive yang terdapat dalam Touch ‘n Go eWallet untuk mendapatkan pulangan tunai sebanyak RM2. Promosi ini HANYA sah untuk pembelian ‘in-store pick up’ melalui aplikasi Tealive yang terdapat dalam Touch ‘n Go eWallet. Pembelian di kaunter di kedai Tealive TIDAK layak untuk promosi ini.

S2 Apakah tempoh promosi ini?

J2 Promosi ini sah dari 1 April 2023 hingga 30 April 2023, atau 10,000 transaksi pertama yang layak. Promosi akan ditamatkan sebaik sahaja had pulangan tunai ini dicapai atau pada tamat tempoh promosi, yang mana lebih awal.

S3 Siapakah yang layak untuk promosi ini?

J3 Semua pengguna Touch ‘n Go eWallet yang membuat pembelian menggunakan fungsi Tealive app yang terdapat dalam Touch ‘n Go eWallet dan mematuhi terma dan syarat promosi ini. Sila ambil perhatian bahawa pembelian menggunakan kad Touch ‘n Go tidak layak untuk promosi ini.

S4 Berapa kali saya boleh layak untuk pulangan tunai ini?

J4 Terhad kepada SATU (1) kali pulangan tunai ini bagi setiap pengguna Touch ‘n Go eWallet sepanjang tempoh promosi. Jumlah pulangan tunai akan dikreditkan ke dalam Touch 'n Go eWallet pengguna dalam hari yang sama selepas transaksi yang layak.

S5 Kedai Tealive manakah yang boleh digunakan untuk promosi ini?

J5 Promosi ini terpakai untuk semua kedai Tealive yang mengambil bahagian di seluruh negara KECUALI Tealive di Aeon Delica, Max Value dan Cold Storage KLCC.
