Participants are encouraged to film their travel experiences where they utilise their eWallet for QR payments abroad. They are required to share these experiences on either Instagram or TikTok using the campaign hashtag #GOabroad and tag the official TNG eWallet account (@touchngoewallet). Below is the breakdown of the prizes available:

Q2 What is the contest duration?
The contest will run from 6 May 2024 until 31 July 2024. The prize winners will be selected and announced within 30 days after the contest ends.

All TNG eWallet users are eligible to participate.
Q4 How can I increase my chances in winning?
User can submit multiple videos but only one entry will be given. Entries will be evaluated based on creativity, informativeness, compelling storytelling, and overall engagement across posts during the contest period. Winners will be selected by an internal panel of judges.
Q5 Are there any caps or limitations to this contest?
Yes, each selected winner is entitled to only ONE (1) prize throughout the contest period.
Q6 When will the winners be announced?
The prize winners will be selected and announced monthly during the campaign period. The announcements will be made on TNG eWallet’s official Instagram and Facebook pages. For instance, winners for entries received in June will be announced by 30 July 2024.
Q7 I am listed as a winner, when will I receive the prize?
All winners will be contacted via social media on the same day as the announcement. They will be requested to provide proof of identification and contact information for prize delivery arrangements. For example, if a participant submits their content in June, the winner will receive the RM500 credit by 30 July 2024.
Q8 If I am listed as a winner but I did not respond to TNG eWallet’s inbox message, will I still get the prize?
Winners are required to respond within 3 days upon receiving the inbox message. Failure to respond within this timeframe would grant TNG eWallet the right to select a new winner.
