  1. What does this Campaign offer?This Campaign offers the selected users who meet the accumulated a spend of RM60.00 and above through in-app transactions using Touch 'n Go eWallet to stand a chance to enjoy GO+ bonus return rewards on top of the daily return rate on their GO+ balance throughout Campaign Period (defined below).  

  2. What is the duration of this Campaign?This Campaign begins on 12 June 2022 and ends on 9 July 2023, both dates inclusive. 

  3. Who is eligible for the campaign?Only selected TNG eWallet users who received the campaign’s information via in-app inbox, push notification, or email. 

  4. Why did my friend receive this and not me?This campaign is open to selected TNG eWallet users only, and not for all users.   

  5. What types of transactions are qualified for spending?The following in-app transaction shall be included as Eligible Spend for this Campaign.

  6. I have achieved a total of eligible spending of RM60.00 and RM125.80 on 10 June and 17 June 2023 respectively. I maintained my GO+ balance at RM1,000.00 every day throughout the Campaign Period. How much will be the GO+ bonus return earnings or rewards that I should receive? 
    The Rewards are subject to the following eligible bonus return rate and capping:

    If your transaction is within the capping eligible users, you should receive bonus earnings of RM0.65. 

  7. I spent RM200.00 in one transaction on Klook mini app on 20 June and maintained my GO+ balance at RM1,200.00 every day throughout the Campaign Period. How much will the GO+ bonus return earnings or rewards that I should receive?
    You should be eligible for 1.5% GO+ bonus interest from 20 June to 9 July 2023. Your reward will be RM1.04.

  8. What is the Reward amount capping for this Campaign?The total Reward amount is capped at RM6.00 for each Eligible User during the Campaign Period.  

  9. During the campaign period, will I still receive my GO+ daily return rate?Yes. You will still earn your daily return rate based on your GO+ balance on top of the Reward that you earn as you spend at least RM60.00 and above on in-app transactions.  

  10. My GO+ account has zero balance from 15 – 20 June 2023, do I still earn the Rewards? If your GO+ balance drops to zero on any days during the Campaign Period, you will not be eligible for the Rewards for that specific day. To receive the Rewards during the entire Campaign Period, it is necessary to have at least RM 0.01 in your GO+ balance every day.  

  11. Do I still receive the Rewards If the total bonus earnings are less than RM0.01?Yes. If there is a balance Reward that amounts to less than RM0.01, the amount will be rounded up to RM0.01 before being credited into the user’s Wallet balance. 

  12. When should I receive the Rewards? Eligible Users who meet the Reward criteria in T&C at clauses 5,6,7,8 will receive the Rewards. The total Rewards will be credited to their wallet balance by 19 July 2023. 

  13. I did not receive my Reward, why and what can I do? This could be due to one or more of the following reasons: 

    1. Your GO+ balance is zero during the Campaign Period 

    2. The Campaign has reached the Reward capping of 65,000 eligible users 

    3. You did not meet the qualifying criteria/ mandatory regulatory requirements for this Campaign; or 

    4. You have breached the Company’s User and General Terms and Conditions (https://assets.website-files.com/604f10ece77ed2575179c749/6141a7718d1cd393dac569ed_touch_n_go_eWallet_user_terms_conditions_v32.pdf).
