The Promotion Period is from 16 November 2023 until 31 December 2023, inclusive of both dates.

Q3           Who is eligible for this voucher?

Users who purchase prepaid amount of RM10.00 in SOS Top Up app found within the Touch ‘n Go eWallet during the promotional period will be able to receive ONE (1) RM1.00 Off Prepaid Purchase Voucher.

Q4           How do I redeem my voucher?

The redemption of RM1.00 Off Prepaid Purchase Voucher is valid for prepaid purchases made on the Prepaid app found within Touch ‘n Go eWallet and valid within thirty (30) days after the date of issuance.

Q5           How many times can I enjoy this voucher?

Each Touch ‘n Go eWallet User is entitled to enjoy the RM1.00 discount ONE (1) time per month throughout the Promotion Period.

Q6           Are there any capping/limitations to this voucher?

The RM1.00 Off Prepaid Purchase Voucher is limited to the first 19,225 eligible transactions only. The discount will cease once the RM1.00 Off Prepaid Purchase Vouchers has been fully utilized, or at the expiration of the Promotion Period, whichever is earlier.

Q7           When will I receive the discount?

The RM1.00 Off Prepaid Purchase Voucher will be received immediately in the user’s Touch ‘n Go eWallet “GOrewards” page, under “Collections” tab upon each successful Transaction.

Q8           Who should I contact if the voucher does not work as expected?

Users shall ensure that the discount has been applied to the displayed amount before finalizing the payment.
