Users who make a minimum spend in a single transaction, in accordance to the table below and apply the corresponding Promo Code on the Senheng app found within Touch ‘n Go eWallet will be entitled to the following rewards.

Additionally, all users who makes a purchase via the Senheng app found within Touch ‘n Go eWallet will receive free delivery with no minimum spend:

Q2 What is the duration of this promotion?

The Promotion Period is from 6 June 2023 until 19 July 2023, both dates inclusive.

Q3 Who is eligible for this promotion?

Users who make a minimum spend in a single transaction on the Senheng app found within Touch ‘n Go eWallet and apply the promo code during the promotion period, in accordance to the table in Q1.

Q4 Is the promotion valid on all Senheng platforms?

This promotion is only valid for purchases made on the Senheng app found within Touch ‘n Go eWallet. This promotion is NOT valid for purchases made on Senheng’s own website and application.

Q5 How many times can I enjoy this promotion?

Each Touch ‘n Go eWallet User is entitled to enjoy the Promo Code ONE (1) time only, throughout the Promotion Period.

Q6 Are there any capping/limitations to this promotion?

The Promo Code is limited to first 300 eligible users only. The Promotion for Instant Rebate and Cashback will cease once the Promo Code have been fully utilized or at the expiration of the Promotion Period, whichever is earlier.

Q7 When will I receive the instant rebate and cashback?

The instant rebate will be applied immediately at the check-out page if the user meets the eligibility criteria. The cashback will be credited back to the respective Touch ‘n Go eWallet within FOURTEEN (14) working days (Monday to Friday excluding Malaysia public holidays) upon successful delivery.

Q8 Who should I contact if the promotion does not work as expected?

Users shall ensure that the instant rebate has been applied to the displayed amount before finalizing the payment. In the event the instant rebate has not been applied, do not proceed with the payment and contact +6016-2991398 via email at ccc@senheng.com.my.

Pengguna yang membuat perbelanjaan minimum seperti yang tertera di dalam jadual di bawah dalam satu transaksi dan menggunakan Kod Promosi yang sepadan pada aplikasi Senheng yang terdapat dalam Touch ‘n Go eWallet boleh mendapat ganjaran berikut.

Selain itu, semua pengguna yang membuat pembelian melalui aplikasi Senheng yang terdapat dalam Touch ‘n Go eWallet akan menerima penghantaran percuma tanpa perbelanjaan minimum.

Tawaran tambahan ini sah sehingga tamat Tempoh Promosi.

Tempoh promosi adalah dari 6 Jun 2023 sehingga 19 Julai 2023, termasuk dua tarikh tersebut.

Q3 Siapakah yang layak menikmati promosi ini?

Pengguna yang membuat pembelian dengan perbelanjaan dalam satu transaksi pada aplikasi Senheng yang terdapat dalam Touch ‘n Go eWallet dan gunakan kod promo, mengikut jadual yang disebut di Q1.

Q4 Adakah promosi ini sah digunakan di semua platform Senheng?

Promosi ini hanya sah bagi pembelian yang dilakukan melalui aplikasi Senheng yang terdapat dalam Touch ‘n Go eWallet .
Promosi ini TIDAK SAH bagi pembelian di laman web atau aplikasi Senheng tersendiri.

Q5 Berapa kali boleh saya menikmati tawaran promosi ini?

Setiap Pengguna Touch ‘n Go eWallet berhak menikmati Kod Promosi sebanyak SATU (1) kali sahaja, sepanjang Tempoh Promosi.

Q6 Adakah terdapat sebarang had/pembatasan bagi promosi ini?

Kod promosi rebat dan pulangan tunai adalah terhad kepada 300 transaksi terawal yang memenuhi syarat. Promosi akan dihentikan apabila kod promosi dan pulangan tunai telah digunakan sepenuhnya atau pada tamat Tempoh Promosi, yang mana lebih awal.

Q7 Bilakah saya akan menerima rebat dan pulangan tunai ini?

Rebat akan dikenakan serta-merta di laman pembayaran jika pengguna memenuhi kriteria kelayakan. Pulangan Tunai akan dikreditkan ke akaun Touch ‘n Go eWallet pengguna dalam masa EMPAT BELAS (14) hari bekerja (Isnin hingga Jumaat tidak termasuk cuti umum Malaysia) selepas penghantaran berjaya.
