Q1. What is this promotion?
This Promotion is organized by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (“TNGD”). User who purchased SafeTrip and key in promo code ENJOY (“Eligible User”) will be entitled for Cashback up to 20% from the Final Gross Premium paid.
Q2 What is the duration of this promotion?
The Promotion Period is from 1 Nov 2023 to 31 Dec 2023, both dates inclusive.
Q3 How is the cashback amount calculated?
The cashback amount will be based on either one of the scenarios below:

The Cashback is applicable to the Final Gross Premium only. Stamp duty and SST are not inclusive for the cashback and will be charged at full value.
Q4. When can I receive the cashback?
The Cashback shall be credited to the users’ respective Touch ‘n Go eWallet accounts by the 10th of the following month after issuance of the said policy.
Q5. Is there a limit/ capping for this promotion?
Yes. Each user will only be entitled for the cashback ONE (1) time only throughout the campaign period. The total maximum cashback fund of this Campaign is RM10,000 that is to be given out to all Eligible Users throughout the Campaign Period based on a first come, first served basis.
This campaign will cease when the campaign period ends or when the total maximum of Cashback fund has been reached, whenever is earlier.
Q6. What if I cancel my policy within the campaign period, will I still entitle for the cashback?
No. The policy must be remained active throughout the campaign period and any cancellation of policy within the campaign period will not be entitle for the cashback.

Promosi ini dianjurkan oleh TNG Digital Sdn Bhd ("TNGD"). Pengguna yang membeli SafeTrip dan memasukkan kod promo ENJOY (“Pengguna yang layak”) layak mendapat Pulangan Tunai sehingga 20% daripada Premium Kasar Akhir yang dibayar.
S2 Apakah tempoh promosi ini?
Tempoh Promosi adalah dari 1 Nov 2023 hingga 31 Dis 2023, termasuk kedua-dua tarikh.
S3. Bagaimanakah jumlah Pulangan Tunai dikira?
Jumlah pulangan tunai akan berdasarkan salah satu senario di bawah:

Pulangan tunai hanya akan dikenakan atas Premium Kasar Akhir sahaja. Duti setem dan SST, tidak layak untuk mendapat pulangan tunai dan harus dibayar dalam nilai yang penuh.
S4. Bilakah saya boleh menerima pulangan tunai?
Pulangan Tunai akan dikreditkan ke dalam akaun Touch 'n Go eWallet masing-masing sebelum 10hb bulan berikutnya selepas polisi tersebut dikeluarkan.
S5. Adakah terdapat had untuk promosi ini?
Setiap pengguna hanya layak mendapat pulangan tunai SATU (1) kali sahaja sepanjang tempoh kempen. Pulangan Tunai Kempen ini adalah terhad kepada Jumlah maksimum RM10,000, yang akan diberi kepada semua Pengguna yang layak dalam Tempoh Kempen, berdasarkan giliran.
Kempen ini akan berakhir apabila tamat tempoh atau apabila Jumlah maksimum pulangan tunai kempen ini telah mencapai had, yang mana terdahulu.
S6. Bagaimana jika saya membatalkan polisi saya dalam tempoh kempen, adakah saya masih layak untuk pulangan tunai?
Tidak. Polisi ini mestilah kekal aktif sepanjang tempoh kempen dan sebarang pembatalan polisi dalam tempoh kempen tidak layak untuk pulangan tunai.
