Unless the context otherwise requires, all capitalized terms in this FAQ shall have the same meaning as contained in the ParkInsure Cashback Promotion Terms and Conditions (“Promotion Terms and Conditions”).
Q1 | What does this Promotion offer? |
A1 | Users who subscribe to or renew their ParkInsure subscription during the Promotion Period may be entitled to receive a Cashback amounting to sixty percent (60%) of the monthly subscription premium payable for ParkInsure subscription (excluding the applicable taxes). |
Q2 | Who is eligible for this Promotion? |
A2 | Users who subscribe to or renew their ParkInsure subscription on TNG’s ParkInsure mini program found within the TNG eWallet during the Promotion Period. |
Q3 | Who is not eligible for this Promotion? |
A3 | Employees of Touch ‘n Go Sdn Bhd (“TNG”), TNG Digital Sdn Bhd, Allianz General Insurance Company (Malaysia) Berhad and Zurich General Takaful Malaysia Berhad. |
Q4 | What is the duration of the Promotion? |
A4 | The Promotion commences from 16th September 2023 and ends on 31st December 2023. |
Q5 | When will I receive my Cashback? |
A5 | The Cashback amount will be credited into user’s Touch ‘n Go eWallet within fourteen (14) working days after the conclusion of the Promotion Period. |
Q6 | Can I request to transfer the Cashback to another TNG eWallet account? |
A6 | No. The Cashback are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. |
Q7 | How many times can I be entitled to receive the Cashback? |
A7 | Each User is entitled to the Cashback once only. |
Q8 | How can I be entitled to receive the Cashback? |
A8 | The User will have to be one of the first 5,000 users to subscribe to or renew their ParkInsure subscription on the TNG eWallet during the Promotion Period. |
Q9 | Will the User be notified once the Cashback has been credited into their TNG eWallet? |
A9 | The Cashback will be credited into the User’s TNG eWallet and no notification will be sent. |
Q10 | I subscribed to ParkInsure during the Promotion Period, why have I not received the Cashback? |
A10 | The Promotion and Cashback is limited to the first 5,000 Users who subscribe to or renew their ParkInsure subscription during the Promotion Period. |
*Note: In the event of conflict between this FAQ and the Promotion Terms and Conditions, the Promotion Terms and Conditions shall prevail to the extent of such conflict.

Melainkan jika konteks memerlukan sebaliknya, semua terma yang dicetak dengan huruf besar dalam Soalan Lazim ini akan mempunyai maksud yang sama seperti yang terdapat dalam Terma dan Syarat Promosi Pulangan Tunai ParkInsure ('Terma dan Syarat Promosi').

J2 | Pengguna yang melanggan atau memperbaharui pelan ParkInsure di dalam program mini TNG's ParkInsure yang terdapat dalam Touch 'n Go eDompet semasa Tempoh Promosi. |

S4 | Bilakah tempoh Promosi ParkInsure? |
J4 | Promosi ini akan bermula dari 16 September dan tamat pada 31 Disember 2023. |
S5 | Bilakah saya akan menerima pulangan tunai? |
J5 | Pulangan tunai akan dikreditkan ke dalam Touch 'n Go eDompet pengguna dalam tempoh empat belas (14) hari bekerja selepas tamat Tempoh Promosi. |
S6 | Bolehkah saya meminta untuk memindahkan pulangan tunai ke akaun TNG eDompet lain? |
J6 | Tidak. Pulangan tunai yang diterima tidak boleh ditukar milik, ditukar dengan wang tunai, dan tidak sah untuk pemulangan balik. |
S7 | Berapa kali saya layak mendapat pulangan tunai? |
J7 | Setiap pengguna baru berhak untuk sekali pulangan tunai sahaja. |
S8 | Bagaimana saya boleh mendapatkan pulangan tunai? |
J8 | Pengguna perlu menjadi salah seorang daripada 5,000 pengguna yang melanggan ParkInsure atau memperbaharui langganan ParkInsure dalam TNG eDompet dalam Tempoh Promosi. |
S9 | Adakah pengguna akan diberitahu apabila pulangan tunai dikreditkan ke dalam TNG eDompet? |
J9 | Pulangan tunai akan dikreditkan ke dalam TNG eDompet pengguna dan tiada notifikasi yang akan dihantar kepada pengguna. |
S10 | Mengapa saya tidak menerima pulangan tunai walaupun saya telah melanggan ParkInsure semasa Tempoh Promosi? |
J10 | Anda perlu menjadi salah seorang daripada 5,000 pelanggan pertama yang melanggan / memperbaharui ParkInsure dalam Tempoh Promosi. |
Nota: Sekiranya terdapat pertentangan antara Soalan Lazim ini dengan Terma dan Syarat Promosi, Terma dan Syarat Promosi akan diguna pakai.
