Q1 What is this campaign?
Users get RM250 cashback when they successfully complete their booking for an appointment and purchase a car from myTukar before the end of the campaign period, through the Touch ‘n Go eWallet campaign page.

Q2 What is the duration of this campaign?
The Campaign Period is from 1 April 2023 until 31 Dec 2023, both dates inclusive. The RM250 cashback is limited to the first 200 successful purchases. The Campaign will cease once the Cashbacks have been fully utilized or at the expiration of the Campaign Period, whichever is earlier.

Q3 Who is eligible for this campaign?
All Touch ‘n Go eWallet users when they have successfully made an appointment and purchased a car before the end of the campaign period, through the Campaign Page.

Q4 Is the campaign valid at all myTukar stores?
This campaign will not be valid if users have booked their appointment and purchased their cars through myTukar’s web, app, or other platforms that are not through the Touch ‘n Go eWallet campaign page.

Q5 Are there any limitations to this campaign?
The RM250 cashback is limited to the first 200 successful purchases. The Campaign will cease once the Cashbacks have been fully utilized or at the expiration of the Campaign Period, whichever is earlier. There is no cashback limit capping per user.

Q6 When will I receive the cashback?
The RM250 cashback amount will be credited automatically into the user’s Touch ‘n Go eWallet within TWENTY (20) business days (Monday to Friday excluding Malaysia public holidays) from the start of the following month into their eWallet once the purchase is deemed successful from myTukar. TNGD will NOT make any phone calls pursuant to this Campaign.

Q2 Apakah tempoh kempen ini?
Tempoh kempen adalah dari 1 April 2023 sehingga 31 Disember 2023, termasuk dua tarikh tersebut. Pulangan Tunai RM250 adalah terhad kepada 200 pembelian terawal yang memenuhi syarat. Kempen akan dihentikan apabila Pulangan Tunai telah digunakan sepenuhnya atau pada tamat Tempoh Kempen, yang mana lebih awal.

Q3 Siapakah yang layak menikmati kempen ini?
Semua pengguna Touch ‘n Go eWallet yang telah membuat temujanji dan membeli kereta mereka melalui halaman kempen dalam Tempoh Promosi dan mematuhi terma dan syarat adalah layak untuk Kempen ini.

Q4 Adakah promosi ini sah di semua cawangan myTukar?
Kempen ini tidak sah jika pengguna membuat temujanji mereka dan membeli kereta mereka melalui web, aplikasi atau cara lain myTukar yang tidak melalui halaman kempen Touch ‘n Go eWallet.

Q5 Adakah terdapat sebarang had/pembatasan bagi promosi ini?
Pulangan Tunai RM250 adalah terhad kepada 200 pembelian terawal yang memenuhi syarat. Kempen akan dihentikan apabila Pulangan Tunai telah digunakan sepenuhnya atau pada tamat Tempoh Kempen, yang mana lebih awal.

Q6 Bilakah saya akan menerima pulangan tunai?
Amaun pulangan tunai RM250 akan dikreditkan secara automatic ke dalam Touch ‘n Go eWallet pengguna dalam tempoh DUA PULUH (20) hari bekerja, bermula daripada bulan berikutnya selepas jualan disahkan berjaya oleh pihak myTukar.
