Q5          How many times can I enjoy this cashback?

There are no limits for each Touch ‘n Go eWallet user to enjoy the RM3 Cashback throughout the Promotion Period. User can utilize the cashback as many times as they want during the Promotion Period.

Q6          Are there any capping/limitations to this promotion?

The RM3 Cashback is limited to the first 15,000 redemptions during the Promotion Period. The Promotion will cease once the Cashbacks have been fully utilized, or at the expiration of the Promotion Period, whichever is earlier.

Q7          When will I receive the cashback?

The RM3 Cashback will be credited back to the respective Touch ‘n Go eWallet immediately after a successful transaction if the user meets the eligibility criteria. TNGD will NOT make any phone calls pursuant to this Promotion.
