What is this promotion?
Users who spend a minimum RM10 in a single transaction at selected merchants and pay with Touch ‘n Go eWallet ‘Scan’ function (“Eligible Transaction”) shall be entitled to a RM3 cashback (“Cashback”), subject to TNC.

a. Each Cashback shall be entitled to ONE (1) entry of the lucky draw contest (“Lucky Draw”). Each user is permitted to participate in a maximum of TWO (2) entries of the Lucky Draw throughout the Promotion Period.

b. 3x winners of the Monthly Prize will be selected at random from the pool of Eligible Transactions occurred in February 2024 (month 1) and March 2024 (month 2) ONLY to win RM500 worth of Touch ‘n Go eWallet credits.

c. The Grand Prize winner will be selected from the pool of Eligible Transactions occurred in February 2024 (month 1), March 2024 (month 2) and April 2024 (month 3).

d. 1x Grand Prize winner will be selected at random to win a 4D3N accommodation at “4 star & above hotel” in Langkawi (Worth up to RM 20,000).

e. Each winner shall only be entitled to win ONE (1) prize only throughout the Contest Period.

What is the duration of this promotion?

The Promotion is from 1st February 2024 until 30th April 2024, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”)

Who is eligible for this promotion?

Users who spend a minimum RM10 in a single transaction at selected merchants and pay with Touch ‘n Go eWallet ‘Scan’ function (“Eligible Transaction”) shall be entitled.

All payments have to be made with the Touch ‘n Go eWallet by “Scan” function only. Only payments made via Touch 'n Go eWallet DuitNow QR is eligible for the promotion.

Is the promotion valid at all stores?

Promotion is valid at selected merchants in Langkawi, Malaysia and for in-stores purchases only. The list of participating outlets can be found at https://www.touchngo.com.my/promotion/rm3-cashback-langkawi-cashless-feb2024

Are there any capping/limitations to this promotion?

The Cashback is limited to first 30,000 eligible transactions. The Promotion will cease once the Cashbacks have been fully utilized or at the expiration of the Promotion Period, whichever is earlier.

3x winners of the Monthly Prize will be selected at random from the pool of Eligible Transactions occurred in February 2024 (month 1) and March 2024 (month 2) ONLY to win RM500 worth of Touch ‘n Go eWallet credits.

1x Grand Prize winner will be selected at random to win a 4D3N accommodation at “4 star & above hotel” in Langkawi (Worth up to RM 20,000).

Each winner shall only be entitled to win ONE (1) prize only throughout the Contest Period.

When will I receive the cashback?

The Cashback will be credited back to the respective Touch ‘n Go eWallet after the eligible transaction. TNGD will NOT make any phone calls pursuant to this Promotion.

The winners of the Monthly Prizes and the Grand Prize will be announced through TNGD Official social media. Winners will be contacted through e-mail. TNGD will NOT make ANY phone calls to the winners.

The Winner(s) must claim their respective prizes on the specific date provided by TNGD or within 14 working days of the following month, whichever later.

The Grand Prize winner will be announced by the end of May 2024.

The validity of the Grand Prize is for 6 months from June 2024, subject always to the terms and conditions of the applicable hotel, including availability of the rooms.

Apakah tawaran promosi ini?

Pengguna yang membelanjakan sekurang-kurangnya RM10 dalam satu transaksi di peniaga terpilih dan membayar dengan fungsi “Scan” Touch 'n Go eWallet ("Transaksi Layak") berhak untuk mendapat “Cashback” sebanyak RM3 ("Cashback"), tertakluk kepada TNC ini.

a. Setiap “Cashback” berhak mendapat SATU (1) penyertaan dalam pertandingan “Lucky Draw”. Setiap pengguna dibenarkan menyertai maksimum DUA (2) penyertaan “Lucky Draw” sepanjang Tempoh Promosi.

b. 3x pemenang bagi Hadiah Bulanan akan dipilih secara rawak daripada kumpulan “Transaksi Layak” pada bulan Februari 2024 (bulan 1) dan Mac 2024 (bulan 2) SAHAJA untuk memenangi kredit - “Touch 'n Go eWallet” bernilai RM500.

c. Pemenang Hadiah Utama akan dipilih daripada kesemua “Transaksi Layak” yang sah pada bulan Februari 2024 (bulan 1), Mac 2024 (bulan 2), dan April 2024 (bulan 3).

d. 1x pemenang Hadiah Utama akan dipilih secara rawak untuk memenangi penginapan 4D3N di "Hotel 4 bintang & ke atas" di Langkawi (Bernilai sehingga RM 20,000).

e. Setiap pemenang hanya berhak memenangi SATU (1) hadiah SAHAJA sepanjang Tempoh Pertandingan.

Apakah tempoh promosi ini?

Promosi ini berlangsung dari 1 Februari 2024 hingga 30 April 2024, kedua-dua tarikh termasuk ("Tempoh Promosi”).

Siapakah yang layak menikmati promosi ini?

Pembayaran mesti dibuat melalui fungsi “Imbas” sahaja pada aplikasi Touch ‘n Go eWallet. Hanya pembayaran dibuat melalui Touch 'n Go eWallet DuitNow QR layak untuk promosi ini.

Adakah promosi ini sah di semua perniagaan?

Adakah terdapat sebarang had/pembatasan bagi promosi ini?

“Cashback” terhad kepada 30,000 transaksi layak pertama semasa Tempoh Promosi. Promosi akan berakhir apabila “Cashback” digunakan sepenuhnya atau pada tamat Tempoh Promosi, mana-mana yang lebih awal.

Bilakah saya akan menerima pulangan tunai?

“Cashback” akan dikreditkan ke Touch 'n Go eWallet masing-masing selepas transaksi yang layak. TNGD TIDAK akan membuat panggilan telefon mengenai Promosi ini.

Pemenang Hadiah Bulanan dan Hadiah Utama akan diumumkan melalui media sosial rasmi TNGD. Pemenang akan dihubungi melalui e-mel. TNGD TIDAK akan membuat SEBARANG panggilan telefon kepada pemenang.

Pemenang(s) mestilah menuntut hadiah masing-masing pada tarikh yang ditentukan oleh TNGD atau dalam tempoh 14 hari kerja bulan berikutnya; mana-mana yang lewat.

Pemenang Hadiah Utama akan diumumkan selewat-lewatnya akhir bulan Mei 2024.

Tempoh sah Hadiah Utama adalah selama 6 bulan bermula bulan Jun 2024, tertakluk kepada terma dan syarat hotel yang berkenaan, termasuk ketersediaan bilik.
