Q1.What is this campaign about?
Touch ‘n Go eWallet users who key in the promo code “RAYA” and complete payment to purchase Medical Insurance or Critical Illness Insurance via Insure360 on Touch ‘n Go eWallet will be entitled to get a cashback of either 20% or 30% from the final gross premium, with a capped amount of RM20 or RM40 based on the below requirement (“Rewards”):

Q2. What is the duration of the campaign?
The Campaign begins on 25 March 2024 to 9 May 2024, both dates inclusive.
Q3. What reward that I will be getting if I purchased Insure360 and key in promo code during campaign period?
Eligible users will be entitled to get a 20% or 30% cashback from total Gross Premium (with capped amount of RM20 or RM40), based on payment mode that select by users.
Q4. When can I receive the cashback? The Cashback shall be credited to the users’ respective Touch ‘n Go eWallet accounts by the 10th of the following month after issuance of the said policy.
Q5.Is there any minimum spending amount to get the cashback? No, there isn’t any minimum spending amount requirement for this campaign. As long as you fulfil the requirement by keying in the promo code and complete the transaction, you will get the cashback of either 20% or 30% based on the payment mode selected by you.
Q6. Is there a limit/ capping for this promotion?Yes. Each user will only be entitled for the cashback ONE (1) time only throughout the campaign period. The total maximum cashback fund of this Campaign is RM9,000 that is to be given out to all Eligible Users throughout the Campaign Period based on a first come, first served basis. This campaign will cease when the campaign period ends or when the total maximum of Cashback fund has been reached, whenever is earlier.

Pengguna Touch ‘n Go eWallet yang memasukkan kod promo “RAYA” dan berjaya membeli polisi insurans perubatan atau kritikal illness melalui Insure360 di Touch ‘n Go eWallet berhak mendapat Pulangan Tunai sebanyak 20% atau 30% daripada premium kasar akhir, dengan jumlah maksimum tertentu sebanyak RM20 atau RM40 berdasarkan keperluan di bawah ("Ganjaran"):

S2. Berapa lamakah tempoh kempen?Kempen bermula pada 25 Mac 2024 hingga 9 Mei 2024, termasuk kedua-dua tarikh yang dinyatakan.

Apa ganjaran yang akan saya dapat jika saya membeli Insure360 dan masukkan kod promo semasa tempoh kempen?Pengguna yang layak akan berhak untuk mendapatkan pulangan tunai sebanyak 20% atau 30% daripada Jumlah Premium Kasar (dengan jumlah maksima sebanyak RM20 atau RM40), berdasarkan mode pembayaran yang dipilih oleh pengguna.
S4. Bilakah saya boleh menerima pulangan tunai?Pulangan Tunai akan dikreditkan ke dalam akaun Touch 'n Go eWallet masing-masing sebelum 10hb bulan berikutnya selepas polisi tersebut dikeluarkan.
S5. Adakah terdapat jumlah belanja minimum yang perlu dicapai untuk mendapatkan pulangan tunai?Tidak, selagi anda memenuhi keperluan dengan memasukkan kod promosi dan menyelesaikan transaksi, anda akan mendapat pulangan tunai sebanyak 20% atau 30% berdasarkan mode pembayaran yang anda pilih.
S6. Adakah terdapat had untuk promosi ini?Setiap pengguna hanya layak mendapat pulangan tunai SATU (1) kali sahaja sepanjang tempoh kempen. Pulangan Tunai Kempen ini adalah terhad kepada Jumlah maksimum RM9,000, yang akan diberi kepada semua Pengguna yang layak dalam Tempoh Kempen, berdasarkan giliran. Kempen ini akan berakhir apabila tamat tempoh atau apabila Jumlah maksimum pulangan tunai kempen ini telah mencapai had, yang mana terdahulu.
