Users who make a minimum spend of RM60 in a single transaction at Touch ‘n Go eWallet for their Indah Water Bill Payment (‘Bills’ > ‘Indah Water’) can get RM2 Cashback.

Q2. What is the duration of this promotion?

The Promotion Period is from 14 August 2023 until 31 August 2023, both dates inclusive.

The RM2 cashback is limited to first 20,000 eligible transactions. The Promotion will cease once the Cashbacks have been fully utilized or at the expiration of the Promotion Period, whichever is earlier.

Q3. Who is eligible for this promotion?

Users who make a minimum spend of RM60 in a single transaction at Touch ‘n Go eWallet for their Indah Water Bill Payment (‘Bills’ > ‘Indah Water’).

Q4. Is the promotion valid at all Indah Water payment platforms?

Promotion is only valid at Indah Water Bill payment function in Touch ‘n Go eWallet (‘Bills’ > ‘Indah Water’) and is NOT valid for payments made through JomPAY or on any other platforms.

Q5. Are there any capping/limitations to this promotion?

The RM2 cashback is limited to first 20,000 eligible transactions. The Promotion will cease once the Cashbacks have been fully utilized or at the expiration of the Promotion Period, whichever is earlier.

Q6. When will I receive the cashback?

The RM2 cashback will be credited back to the respective Touch ‘n Go eWallet within THREE (3) working days (Monday to Friday excluding Malaysia public holidays) after the eligible transaction date. Touch ‘n Go Digital will NOT make any phone calls pursuant to this Promotion.

Pengguna yang membuat bayaran minimum RM60.00 untuk bil Indah Water (‘Bil-bil’ > ‘Indah Water’) dalam satu resit di fungsi ‘Bil-bil’ dalam Touch ‘n Go eWallet boleh mendapat Pulangan Tunai RM2.

Q2. Apakah tempoh promosi ini?

Tempoh promosi adalah dari 14 Ogos 2023 sehingga 31 Ogos 2023, termasuk dua tarikh tersebut. Pulangan Tunai RM2 adalah terhad kepada 20,000 transaksi terawal yang memenuhi syarat. Promosi akan dihentikan apabila Pulangan Tunai telah digunakan sepenuhnya atau pada tamat Tempoh Promosi, yang mana lebih awal.

Q3. Siapakah yang layak menikmati promosi ini?

Promosi ini hanya sah di fungsi ‘Bil-bil’ di dalam Touch ‘n Go eWallet (‘Bil-bil > ‘Indah Water’) dan TIDAK SAH bagi pembayaran melalui Jompay atau mana mana kaedah pembayaran yang lain.

Q5. Adakah terdapat sebarang had/pembatasan bagi promosi ini?

Pulangan Tunai RM2 adalah terhad kepada 20,000 transaksi terawal yang memenuhi syarat. Promosi akan dihentikan apabila Pulangan Tunai telah digunakan sepenuhnya atau pada tamat Tempoh Promosi, yang mana lebih awal.

Q6. Bilakah saya akan menerima pulangan tunai?

Pulangan Tunai RM2 akan dikreditkan ke akaun Touch ‘n Go eWallet pengguna dalam masa TIGA (3) hari bekerja (Isnin hingga Jumaat tidak termasuk cuti umum Malaysia) selepas tarikh transaksi yang layak. Touch ‘n Go Digital tidak akan membuat panggilan telefon berkenaan Promosi ini.
