Campaign: Users get a RM200 cashback when they successfully complete their booking of a free inspection and sell off their used car before the end of the campaign period, through the Touch ‘n Go eWallet campaign page.

Campaign: Users get a RM250 cashback when they successfully complete their booking for an appointment and purchase a car before the end of the campaign period, through the Touch ‘n Go eWallet campaign page.

Q2   What is the duration of this campaign?

The Campaign Period is from 1st May 2024 until 11 June 2025, inclusive of both dates.

Q3   Who is eligible for this campaign?

All Touch ‘n Go eWallet users when they have successfully made an appointment and purchase or sell their car before end of the campaign period, through the Campaign Page.

Q4    When will I receive the cashback?

The cashback will be credited automatically into the user’s Touch ‘n Go eWallet within TWENTY (20) business days from the start of the following month into their eWallet once the sale is deemed successful from Carro.

Q5    Is the campaign valid at all Carro stores?

This campaign will not be valid if users booked their inspection and sold their used cars through Carro’s web, app, or other platforms that are not through the Touch ‘n Go eWallet campaign page.

Kempen: Pengguna boleh mendapat pulangan tunai RM200 apabila mereka berjaya membuat tempahan pemeriksaan percuma dan menjual kereta terpakai mereka sebelum tamat tempoh kempen, melalui Halaman Kempen.

Tempoh kempen adalah dari 1 Mei 2024 sehingga 11 Jun 2025, termasuk dua tarikh tersebut.

Q3    Siapakah yang layak menikmati kempen ini?

Semua pengguna Touch ‘n Go eWallet yang telah membuat temujanji dan membeli atau menjual kereta melalui halaman kempen dalam Tempoh Kempen.

Q4     Bilakah saya akan menerima pulangan tunai?

Pulangan tunai akan dikreditkan secara automatik ke dalam Touch ‘n Go eWallet pengguna dalam tempoh DUA PULUH (20) hari bekerja, bermula dari bulan berikutnya selepas jualan disahkan berjaya oleh pihak Carro.

Q5     Adakah kempen ini sah dia semua cawangan Carro?

Kempen ini tidak sah jika pengguna membuat temujanji mereka dan membeli kereta mereka melalui web Carro, aplikasi atau cara lain yang tidak melalui halaman kempen Touch ‘n Go eWallet.
