Users who purchase a minimum of two (2) Firefly flight tickets in a single transaction on the Firefly app found within Touch ‘n Go eWallet can enjoy a 15% Discount. There is no minimum spend or maximum cap for this Campaign. 

Q2           What is the duration of this campaign?

The Campaign Period is from 1 August 2023 until 30 September 2023, both dates inclusive. The Travel Period is from 1 August 2023 until 15 December 2023.

The Campaign will cease at the expiration of the Campaign Period.

Q3           Who is eligible for this campaign?

All Touch ‘n Go users who purchase a minimum of two (2) Firefly flight tickets on the Firefly app found within Touch ‘n Go eWallet during the Campaign Period.

Q4           Is the campaign valid at all Firefly sites?

The Campaign is only valid for purchases made on the Firefly app found within Touch ‘n Go eWallet.

Q5           Are there any capping/limitations to this campaign?

There is no limit to the number of times a user can enjoy the 15% discount, provided the Campaign has not ended. There is no minimum spend or maximum cap for this Campaign.

Q6           When will I receive the discount?

The discount will be applied immediately at the check-out page if the user meets the eligibility criteria.

Q4           Adakah promosi ini sah di semua laman Firefly?

Kempen ini hanya sah untuk pembelian di aplikasi Firefly yang terdapat di dalam Touch ‘n Go eWallet.

Q5           Adakah terdapat sebarang had/pembatasan bagi kempen ini?

Tiada had untuk bilangan kali pengguna boleh menikmati diskaun 15%, dengan syarat Tempoh Kempen belum tamat. Kempen ini tidak mempunyai perbelanjaan minimum atau had diskaun.

Q6           Bilakah saya akan menerima pulangan tunai?

Diskaun akan dikenakan serta-merta di laman pembayaran jika pengguna memenuhi kriteria kelayakan.
