Promotion Period is from 1 January 2024 until 31 March 2024, both dates inclusive.

Q3           Who is eligible for this promotion?

Users who make a prepaid internet credit reload with a minimum payment of RM40 in a single transaction at Touch ‘n Go eWallet ‘Prepaid’ function (excluding SOS Top Up, Sohoj and Payhub icon).

Q4           How many times can I enjoy this promotion?

Each user can earn a maximum of ONE (1) 5% Cashback Voucher each month throughout the promotion period.

Q5           What is the validity of the voucher received?

Validity of the cashback voucher is 30 days from the day of voucher received. Any unused voucher thereafter will expire.

Q6           Where can I utilize this Cashback Voucher?

The 5% Cashback Voucher will be automatically applied and utilised in the next transaction at the Tealive, Watson’s and ZUS Coffee.

Q7           Are there any capping/limitations to this promotion?

The 5% Cashback Voucher is limited to the following eligible transactions. The Promotion will cease once the all the vouchers have been fully utilized or at the expiration of the Promotion Period, whichever is earlier.

Q8           When will I receive the cashback voucher?

The randomized Cashback Voucher will automatically be saved under “GOrewards” section in the user’s Touch ‘n Go eWalet App after meeting this promotion’s eligibility criteria.

The Cashback will be credited to the respective Touch ‘n Go eWallet in the next purchase after the meeting the Cashback Voucher criteria.
