Q1       What is the Promotion?

Spend RM 20 and above in a single receipt via Touch ‘n Go eWallet “Pay” function to get a RM5 Cashback Voucher to Caltex Rewards member’s Touch ‘n Go eWallet. Customers who received the Cashback Voucher will be entitled to RM5 Cashback provided that they spend a minimum of RM30 in their next purchase of petrol or diesel at any Caltex stores nationwide.

Q2       What is the duration of this Promotion?

This Promotion is valid from 15 March 2024 until 15 May 2024 or when the first 60,000 transactions (30,000 per month) at all Caltex stations has been reached. The promotion will cease once the Cashbacks have been fully redeemed or at the expiration of the promotion period, whichever is earlier.

Q3       Who is eligible for this Promotion?

Caltex Rewards members who use Touch ‘n Go eWallet to make payments using “Pay” function in the Touch ‘n Go eWallet and comply with the terms and conditions of this promotion.

Please take note that purchase using Touch ‘n Go Card is NOT eligible for this promotion.

Q4       How many times can I be entitled for the Cashback?

Caltex Rewards members are limited to ONE (1) Cashback Voucher per month, up to maximum of TWO (2) Cashback Voucher throughout the Promotion Period.

             Month 2: 15 April – 15 May 2024

Q5       When will I receive the Cashback?

The Cashback will be credited into Caltex Rewards member’s Touch ‘n Go eWallet automatically after the eligible transaction.

S1        Apakah tawaran Promosi ini? Belanja sebanyak RM20 dan ke atas dalam satu resit dan buat pembayaran menggunakan fungsi “Pay” (Bayar) melalui aplikasi Touch ‘n Go eWallet untuk mendapat Baucar Pulangan Tunai RM5 ke Touch ‘n Go eWallet ahli Caltex Rewards.  Pelanggan yang menerima Baucar Pulangan Tunai akan layak mendapat RM5 dengan syarat mereka membelanjakan minimum RM30 dalam pembelian petrol atau diesel seterusnya di mana-mana kedai Caltex di seluruh negara.

S2        Apakah tempoh Promosi ini?

Promosi ini sah dari 15 Mar 2024 sehingga 15 Mei 2024 atau terhad kepada 60,000 transaksi (30,000 setiap bulan) Touch ‘n Go eWallet yang terawal di semua stesen Caltex. Promosi ini akan berakhir apabila pulangan tunai telah ditebus sepenuhnya atau tempoh promosi tamat, yang mana lebih awal.

 S3        Siapa yang layak untuk Promosi ini?

   Ahli Caltex Rewards yang menggunakan Touch ‘n Go eWallet untuk membuat pembayaran menggunakan fungsi “Pay” (Bayar) melalui aplikasi Touch ‘n Go eWallet dan mematuhi terma dan syarat Promosi ini adalah layak untuk menyertai Promosi ini.

 Sila ambil perhatian bahawa pembelian menggunakan Kad Touch ‘n Go TIDAK layak untuk promosi ini.

 S4        Berapa kali saya layak untuk mendapat Pulangan Tunai?

Ahli Caltex Rewards dihadkan kepada SATU (1) Pulangan Tunai setiap bulan, sehingga maksimum DUA (2) Baucar Pulangan Tunai bagi setiap akaun Touch ‘n Go eWallet sepanjang Tempoh Promosi.
