Q2           What is the duration of this promotion?

The Promotion Period is from 8^th Feb 2024 until 31^st Mac 2024, inclusive of both dates.

 Q3           Who is eligible for this promotion?

Limited to ONE (1) time of Instant Cashback per Touch n’ Go eWallet user of each type of cashback stated throughout the Promotion period. Instant Cashback can ONLY be used in a single transaction at a time and may not be used in conjunction with other campaigns and /or promotions by TNGD.

 Q4           Where is this promotion valid?

Promotion is valid ONLY at Bigo Live website and Bigo Live app. This Promotion is not applicable for any form or type of reload transactions, gift cards and in-store services.

 Q5           Are there any capping/limitations to this promotion?

The promotion is only limited to the first 50,000 transactions at  Bigo Live website and Bigo Live app.  The promotion will cease once the limit of the Instant Cashback has been reached or at the expiration of the Promotion period, whichever is earlier.

 Q6           When will I receive the cashback?

 The cashback will be credited back to the respective Touch ‘n Go eWallet immediately once the transaction has been made. TNGD will NOT make any phone calls pursuant to this Promotion.

Tempoh Promosi adalah dari 8 Feb 2024 hingga 31 Mac 2024, termasuk kedua-dua tarikh.

Promosi sah HANYA di Bigo Live website and Bigo Live app.  Promosi ini tidak terpakai untuk sebarang bentuk atau jenis transaksi tambah nilai, kad hadiah dan perkhidmatan dalam kedai.

 Q5           Adakah terdapat sebarang had/pembatasan bagi promosi ini?

Promosi ini hanya terhad kepada 50,000 transaksi pertama di Bigo Live website and Bigo Live app.   Promosi akan dihentikan sebaik sahaja had Pulangan Tunai Segera dicapai atau pada tamat tempoh Promosi, yang mana lebih awal.

 Q6           Bilakah saya akan menerima pulangan tunai?

Pulangan tunai akan dikreditkan kembali ke Touch 'n Go eWallet masing-masing serta-merta sebaik sahaja transaksi dibuat. TNGD TIDAK akan membuat sebarang panggilan telefon menurut Promosi ini.
