Terms and Conditions

  1. This Promotion is organized by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (TNGD).

  2. The Promotion Period is from 3 July 2023 until 4 August 2023, both dates inclusive.

Cashback Promotion (up to RM0.50)

  1. Users who make a minimum spend of RM0.40 in a single transaction at any location in TNG eWallet “Parking” feature can get randomized cashback (up to RM0.50).

  2. In addition, users who transact a minimum of 5 times on street parking at any location in “Parking” feature can stand a chance to win one of the prizes: 2 units of Sony PlayStation 5 Digital Version with 1 controller (worth RM2,200), 5 units of Realme C55 6GB RAM + 128GB ROM (worth RM650), or 15 units of reload pin worth RM100.

  3. Promotion is valid for all Street Parking Local Councils enabled in Touch ‘n Go eWallet.

  4. No combined transactions and/or no split transactions are allowed.

  5. The randomized cashback (up to RM0.50) will be credited back to the respective Touch ‘n Go eWallet within THREE (3) working days (Monday to Friday excluding Malaysia public holidays) after the eligible transaction date. TNGD will NOT make any phone calls pursuant to this Promotion.

  6. Each Touch ‘n Go eWallet User is entitled to enjoy the randomized cashback (up to RM0.50) ONE (1) time only, throughout the Promotion Period.

  7. The randomized cashback (up to RM0.50) is limited to first 250,000 eligible transactions. The Promotion will cease once the Cashbacks have been fully utilized or at the expiration of the Promotion Period, whichever is earlier.

  8. This Promotion shall not be valid with other ongoing promotions, discounts, or vouchers.

Lucky Draw Mechanic

  1. Users who make a minimum 5 transactions will earn ONE (1) Entry in this Lucky Draw and stand a chance to win a prize.

  2. Only ONE (1) Entry can be earned per user.

  3. The Prizes for this lucky draw are listed:

      Two (2) Sony PlayStation 5 Digital Version with 1 controller (worth RM2,200)

    2. Second Prize Five (5)

  4. Each winner selected shall only be entitled to ONE (1) prize throughout the Campaign period.

  5. TNGD reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes listed above with another prize of equivalent value due to any reason as determined by TNGD.

  6. TNG Digital Sdn. Bhd. employees are not eligible to win the Prize in the Lucky Draw.

  1. To collect the prize, the winners will be required to reply to an email from Winners@tngdigital.com.my within seven (7) days from the date of winner announcement and provide the necessary information for verification purposes.

  2. The eligibility to claim the prize will be forfeited if the winners do not respond to the email sent by TNGD within SEVEN (7) business days from the day the email was sent.

  3. TNGD will not be responsible for any disputes/claims that arise from users’ failure to receive winners’ notification email or prizes from TNGD, due to such users’ fault/negligence, including, but not limited to, wrong email address registered on Touch ‘n Go eWallet, wrong e-mail provided, or shared email account.

  4. The winners must collect the prize after receiving the confirmation via email at TNG Digital Sdn Bhd office. For winners outside Klang Valley, we will courier the prize and the expected delivery date is by 25th August 2023.

  5. All prizes are non-transferable to another individual and non-negotiable. The Organiser will not be held liable of damages caused during the delivery process. No replacement and/or exchange of prize will be entertained.

  6. TNGD’s decision regarding the selection of the winners, and/or in even situation including any not covered in these Terms and Conditions, shall be final and binding on all participants in this Campaign, and no queries, challenges or appeals may be made or entertained regarding TNGD’s decision on the same.

Permissions and Others

  1. By participating in this Campaign, all users: -

    1. Consent for TNGD to collect, record, hold, store, use, and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in this Campaign; and

    2. consent for TNGD to disclose or publish their personal information such as their names, last 4 digit of IC number and any general information in any media, marketing, or advertising materials; and

    3. grant TNGD the right to modify, use and publish any still or moving images of the participants or the Facebook Post for any promotional, marketing, commercial, or other related purpose, without any payment or compensation.

  2. TNG Digital shall be entitled to withhold any benefits under the services rendered, with prior notice to the users if the users are found to have been in breached of any TNG Digital’s Users Terms and Conditions. Terma dan Syarat

  1. Promosi ini dianjurkan oleh TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (TNGD).

  2. Tempoh promosi adalah dari 3 Julai 2023 sehingga 4 Ogos 2023, termasuk dua tarikh tersebut.

Promosi Pulangan Tunai (up to RM0.50) Mekanisme

  1. Pengguna yang membuat perbelanjaan minimum RM0.40 dalam satu transaksi di mana-mana lokasi di dalam fungsi “Parking” TNG eWallet boleh mendapat Pulangan Tunai Rawak (sehingga RM0.50).
    Di samping itu, pengguna yang melakukan transaksi sekurang-kurangnya 5 kali menggunakan di mana-mana lokasi di dalam fungsi “Parking” TNG eWallet berpeluang memenangi salah satu hadiah: 2 buah Sony PlayStation 5 Digital Version with 1 controller (bernilai RM2,200), 5 buah Realme C55 6GB RAM + 128GB ROM (bernilai RM650) atau 15 pin tambah nilai bernilai RM100.

  2. Promosi ini sah untuk kesemua Majlis Bandaraya atau Perbandaran yang ada di dalam fungsi Parking di Touch ‘n Go eWallet.

  3. Penggabungan resit dan/atau pengasingan transaksi adalah tidak dibenarkan.

  4. Pulangan Tunai Rawak (sehingga RM0.50) akan dikreditkan ke akaun Touch ‘n Go eWallet pengguna dalam masa TIGA (3) hari bekerja (Isnin hingga Jumaat tidak termasuk cuti umum Malaysia) selepas tarikh transaksi yang layak. TNGD tidak akan membuat panggilan telefon berkenaan Promosi ini.

  5. Setiap Pengguna Touch ‘n Go eWallet hanya layak menikmati Pulangan Tunai Rawak (sehingga RM0.50) ini sebanyak SATU (1) sahaja sepanjang Tempoh Promosi.

  6. Pulangan Tunai Rawak (sehingga RM0.50) adalah terhad kepada 250,000 transaksi terawal yang memenuhi syarat. Promosi akan dihentikan apabila Pulangan Tunai telah digunakan sepenuhnya atau pada tamat Tempoh Promosi, yang mana lebih awal.

  7. Promosi ini tidak sah digunakan dengan mana-mana promosi, diskaun atau baucar yang lain.

Cabutan Bertuah Mekanisme

  1. Pengguna yang membuat minimum 5 transaksi akan mendapat SATU (1) Penyertaan dalam Cabutan Bertuah ini, dan berpeluang untuk memenangi hadiah.

  2. Hanya SATU (1) Penyertaan boleh diperolehi setiap transaksi. 

  3. Hadiah untuk cabutan bertuah ini adalah seperti yang disenaraikan dalam jadual di bawah

  6. Pekerja-pekerja TNG Digital adalah tidak layak untuk memenangi Hadiah dalam Cabutan Bertuah.

  1. Untuk tuntutan Hadiah, pemenang dikehendaki membalas e-mel daripada Winners@tngdigital.com.my dalam tempoh tujuh (7) hari selepas tarikh pengumuman pemenang dan memberi maklumat yang diperlukan untuk tujuan pengesahan.

  2. Kelayakan untuk menuntut Hadiah akan dilucutkan sekiranya pemenang tidak membalas emel yang dihantar oleh pihak Penganjur dalam masa TUJUH (7) hari bekerja setelah menerima emel.

  3. TNGD tidak akan bertanggungjawab ke atas sebarang pertikaian/tuntutan yang timbul daripada kegagalan pengguna menerima e-mel pemberitahuan pemenang daripada TNGD, disebabkan oleh kesalahan/kecuaian pengguna tersebut, termasuk, tetapi tidak terhad kepada, alamat e-mel berdaftar dalam aplikasi Touch ‘n Go eWallet yang tidak tepat, alamat e-mel yang salah diberikan atau akaun e-mel yang dikongsi.

  4. Pemenang mesti mengambil hadiah selepas menerima pengesahan melalui e-mel di pejabat TNG Digital Sdn Bhd. Bagi pemenang di luar Lembah Klang, kami akan menghantar hadiah dan tarikh jangkaan penghantaran adalah pada 25 Ogos 2023.

  5. Hadiah tidak boleh dipindah milik kepada individu lain dan tidak boleh dirunding. Pihak Penganjur tidak akan bertanggungjawab ke atas kerosakan semasa proses penghantaran. Tiada penggantian dan/atau pertukaran hadiah akan dilayan.

  6. Keputusan pihak TNGD mengenai pilihan pemenang-pemenang, dan/atau dalam apa jua keadaan, termasuk apa-apa yang tidak dilindungi dalam Terma dan Syarat ini, adalah muktamad bagi semua peserta Kempen ini, dan tiada pertanyaan, cabaran atau rayuan boleh dibuat mahupun dilayan tentang keputusan tersebut.

Keizinan and Lain-Lain

  1. Dengan menyertai Kempen ini, semua peserta:-

    1. bersetuju untuk TNGD mengumpul, merekod, memegang, menyimpan, menggunakan, dan mendedahkan maklumat peribadi mereka untuk tujuan yang diperlukan atau berkaitan dengan penyertaan dalam Kempen ini; Dan

    2. persetujuan untuk TNGD mendedahkan atau menerbitkan maklumat peribadi mereka seperti nama mereka, 4 digit terakhir nombor IC dan sebarang maklumat umum dalam mana-mana media, pemasaran, atau bahan pengiklanan; Dan

    3. memberikan TNGD - hak untuk mengubah, menggunakan dan menerbitkan sebarang imej peserta yang masih atau bergerak ataupun catatan Facebook untuk sebarang promosi, pemasaran, komersial, atau tujuan lain yang berkaitan, tanpa sebarang pembayaran atau pampasan.
