RM3.88 for RM60 GOhuat Voucher Pack

Terms and Conditions

1.     The Sale of ‘RM3.88 for RM60 GOhuat Voucher Pack’ (“Sale”) is organised by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (201701042478) (“TNGD”) and is subject to Terms and Conditions herein.

2.     This Sale is open to all Touch ‘n Go eWallet users who comply with the terms & conditions of this Sale.

3.     This Sale will begin from 01 February 2024 to 29 February 2024(“Sale Period”).

4.     Users who click on the ‘RM3.88 for RM60 GOhuat Voucher Pack’ digital ads or banner in Touch ‘n Go eWallet app and pay an amount of RM3.88 (“Transaction”) will receive the EIGHT (8) vouchers (“Voucher Pack”) as listed in Clause 5.

5.     During this Sale Period, TNGD shall offer to all eligible users EIGHT (8) vouchers from the following list upon each successful Transaction:           

6.     The vouchers will be available immediately in user’s Touch ‘n Go eWallet (GOrewards > Collection) upon each successful Transaction.

7.     Users are eligible to purchase the Voucher Pack unlimited times, throughout the Sale Period. However, only ONE (1) Voucher Pack can be purchased per transaction.

8.     Any Voucher Pack purchased is final and non-refundable.

9.     The vouchers are not valid with other promotional vouchers.

10.  Each voucher is valid from the date of voucher set issued. Validity of each voucher may differ. Refer to the table in Clause 5 for validity of each voucher. Any unused vouchers thereafter will expire.

11.  TNGD shall be entitled to withhold any benefit under the services rendered, with prior notice to the users if the users are found to have been in breach of any of TNGD’s Users Terms and Conditions (https://www.touchngo.com.my/assets/pdf/user-tnc.pdf)

Terma dan Syarat

1.     Jualan ‘RM3.88 for RM60 GOhuat Voucher Pack’ (“Jualan”) ini dianjurkan oleh TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (201701042478) (“TNGD”) dan tertakluk kepada Terma dan Syarat di sini.

2.     Promosi ini terbuka kepada semua pengguna-pengguna Touch ‘n Go eWallet yang mematuhi terma dan syarat Jualan ini.

3.     Jualan ini akan bermula pada 01 Februari 2024 12:00 AM sehingga 29 Februari 2024 11:59PM (“Tempoh Jualan”).

4.     Pengguna yang mengetik iklan digital “RM3.88 for RM60 GOhuat Voucher Pack” atau sepanduk promosi dalam aplikasi Touch ‘n Go eWallet dan membayar sejumlah RM3.88 (“Transaksi”) akan dapat LAPAN (8) baucar (“Pek Baucar”) seperti yang tertera di Klausa 5.

5.     Sepanjang Tempoh Jualan, TNGD akan menawarkan kepada setiap pengguna yang layak serta berjaya membuat transaksi dengan LAPAN (8) baucar daripada senarai berikut:

6.     Baucar-baucar ini akan tersedia dengan serta-merta dalam Touch ‘n Go eWallet pengguna (GOrewards > Collection) sebaik sahaja Transaksi berjaya dilakukan.

7.     Pengguna dibenarkan untuk membeli Pek Baucar ini berkali-kali tanpa had, sepanjang Tempoh Jualan. Namun, pengguna hanya boleh membeli SATU (1) Pek Baucar Sahaja dalam setiap transaksi.

8.     Sebarang Pembelian Pek Baucar ini adalah muktamad, dan tidak boleh dipulangkan semula.

9.     Baucar-baucar ini tidak sah dengan baucar promosi lain.

10.  Semua baucar adalah sah dari tarikh penerbitan baucar tersebut. Tempoh Sah setiap baucar mungkin bebeza. Sila rujuk pada jadual di klausa 5 untuk tempoh sah baucar tersebut. Baucar yang tidak digunakan selepas tempoh sah akan luput.

11.  TNGD berhak untuk menahan sebarang faedah di bawah perkhidmatan yang diberikan, dengan notis awal kepada pengguna jika pengguna didapati telah melanggar mana-mana Terma dan Syarat Pengguna TNGD (https://www.touchngo.com.my/assets/pdf/user-tnc.pdf)
