The promotion period is from 12 January 2023 until 12 February 2023, both dates inclusive.

The RM5 cashback is limited to first 2,000 eligible transactions. The promotion will cease once the cashbacks have been fully utilized or at the expiration of the promotion period, whichever is earlier.

Q3          Who is eligible for this promotion?

Q5          Are there any capping/limitations to this promotion?

The RM5 cashback  is limited to first 2,000 eligible transactions. The promotion will cease once the cashbacks have been fully utilized or at the expiration of the promotion period, whichever is earlier.

Q6          When will I receive the cashback?

The RM5 cashback will be credited back to the respective Touch ‘n Go eWallet within THREE (3) working days (Monday to Friday excluding Malaysia public holidays) after the eligible transaction date. TNGD will NOT make any phone calls pursuant to this promotion.

Q7          How can I be eligible to win the Angpow prize?

The Top TWENTY EIGHT (28) spenders will be selected by Razer Gold after the campaign ends win prizes (Angpow) worth a total of RM2,664 in the form of Touch ‘n Go eWallet credits. The Angpow distribution to the 28 winners will be as follows:

Q8          How can I claim the prizes if I am selected as a winner?

Winners will be notified via email by Razer Gold within 60 days after promotion has ended and need to reply the email within 7 days to claim the prizes. Winners will receive their prize within 21 days after winner announcement.

Pulangan tunai RM5 akan dikreditkan ke akaun Touch ‘n Go eWallet pengguna dalam masa TIGA (3) hari bekerja (Isnin hingga Jumaat tidak termasuk cuti umum Malaysia) selepas tarikh transaksi yang layak. TNGD tidak akan membuat panggilan telefon berkenaan Promosi ini.

Pemenang akan dihubungi melalui email oleh Razer Gold dalam tempoh masa 60 hari selepas tamat tempoh promosi. Pemenang dikehendaki membalas email tersebut dalam tempoh masa 7 hari untuk menuntut hadiah. Pemenang akan menerima hadiah yang dimenangi dalam tempoh masa 21 hari selepas keputusan pemenang diumumkan.
