This campaign is open to Touch ‘n Go eWallet users (“Users”) who received a CarInsure RM20 Promo Code or first-time users of CarInsure.

To utilize the Promo Code worth Ringgit Malaysia Twenty (RM20.00), Users will have to successfully purchase a Comprehensive car insurance policy/takaful certificate via CarInsure with promo code “NEWUSER” keyed in ‘promo code/referral code’ [in Summary page].

3.    What is the duration of this Campaign?

The duration of this campaign is from 1^st January 2023 until 31^st December 2023.

4.    Who is eligible for this Campaign?

Touch ‘n Go eWallet users who received a CarInsure RM20 Promo Code or first-time users of CarInsure.

5.    How to utilize this Promo Code?

Users will have to successfully purchase a Comprehensive car insurance policy/takaful certificate via Touch ‘n Go’s CarInsure with promo code “NEWUSER” keyed in ‘promo code/referral code’ [in Summary page].

6.    Do I need to key in a promo code to be entitled for the cashback?

Yes. Users will have to key in promo code “NEWUSER”.

7.    If I keyed in the promo code from another CarInsure campaign, would I still receive the cashback/ rewards from that campaign?

No, this Promo Code cannot be used in conjunction with other campaigns and/or promotions by Touch 'n Go eWallet.

8.    Is there a minimum spend for this Promo Code?

No. There is no minimum spend for this Campaign. However, please note that the cashback is only for purchasing a Comprehensive car insurance policy/takaful certificate via CarInsure.

9.    Are the Promo Codes for this campaign limited?

Yes. The Promo Code is only limited to the first 1,000 successful eligible transactions based on a “first come first served” basis.

10.  Am I entitled to the Cashback if I am helping my family members/friends to renew their car insurance/takaful?

           Yes. However, please note that the cashback is only for purchasing a Comprehensive car insurance policy/takaful certificate via CarInsure and to key in the promo code “NEWUSER” on the Checkout page.

11.  When will I get the Cashback?

The cashback amounts will be credited to the user’s Touch ‘n Go eWallet within 10 working days from the date of the successful eligible transaction.

12.  What is the validity of the Promo Code(s) I have claimed?

The Promo Code will be valid till 31^st Dec 2023 or when cashback has been successfully claimed by 1,000 users, whichever is earlier. Any promo code thereafter will expire.

Pengguna perlu melengkapkan pembelian polisi insurans kereta / sijil takaful Komprehensif melalui CarInsure dengan memasuki kod promo “NEWUSER” ke dalam ‘promo code/referral code' [dalam Halaman Pembayaran] untuk menggunakan Kod Promosi Tunai bernilai Ringgit Malaysia Dua Puluh (RM20.00).

3.    Bilakah tempoh Kempen ini?

Tempoh kempen ini adalah dari 1hb Januari 2023 hingga 31hb Disember 2023.

4.    Siapakah yang layak untuk Kempen ini?

Kempen ini HANYA untuk pengguna Touch ‘n Go eWallet(“Pengguna”) yang memiliki Kod Promosi Tunai CarInsure RM20 atau pengguna Touch ‘n Go eWallet CarInsure baharu.

5.    Bagaimanakah saya boleh menggunakan Kod Promosi Tunai ini?

Pengguna perlu melengkapkan pembelian polisi insurans kereta / sijil takaful Komprehensif melalui CarInsure dengan memasuki kod promo “NEWUSER” ke dalam ‘promo code/referral code' [dalam Halaman Pembayaran].

6.    Adakah saya perlu memasukkan kod promosi untuk layak mendapat pulangan tunai?

Ya. Pengguna perlu memasukkan kod promosi “NEWUSER”.

7.    Jika saya memasukkan kod promosi daripada kempen CarInsure yang lain, adakah saya masih akan menerima pulangan tunai/ganjaran daripada kempen tersebut?

Tidak. Kod Promosi tunai ini tidak boleh digunakan bersama tawaran promosi dan/atau kempen yang lain daripada Touch 'n Go eWallet.

8.    Adakah terdapat perbelanjaan minimum untuk Kod Promosi Tunai ini?

12.  Apakah tempoh sah Kod Promosi Tunai ini yang telah saya tebus?

Kod Promosi Tunai akan sah sehingga 31 Dis 2023 atau apabila pulangan tunai telah berjaya dituntut oleh 1,000 pengguna, yang mana lebih awal. Baucar yang tidak digunakan akan luput selepas tempoh tersebut.
