  3. Who is eligible for the cashback?

    Users who have redeemed the Cashback Vouchers using their points and have met all the criteria specified on the Cashback Voucher are eligible.

  4. Is the Cashback Voucher valid at all stores/platforms?

    The participating outlets/platforms are as stated in the Cashback Voucher that has been redeemed.

  5. Are there any capping/limitations to this Cashback Voucher?

    Any unused Cashback Vouchers will cease at the expiration of the Validity Period as stated in the Cashback Voucher that has been redeemed.

  6. When will I receive the cashback?

    Cashback will be credited back to the respective Touch ‘n Go eWallet immediately after the eligible transaction date. TNG Digital Sdn Bhd will not make any calls pursuant to the Cashback Voucher.
