Q1 What does this Campaign offer?
A1 This Campaign offers the invited GOinvest users (“Eligible Participants”) who make their first Cash In with a minimum of RM500 in a single transaction/goal throughout the Campaign Period (defined below) will receive a RM10 cash reward (“Reward”) on their Touch ‘n Go (“TNG”) eWallet account.
Q2 What is the duration of this campaign?
A2 This Campaign begins on 21st September 2022, 12:00 AM until 30th September 2022, 1:00 PM, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”).
Q3 Who is eligible for this campaign?
A3 This campaign is open to all Eligible Participants who make their first Cash In with a minimum of RM500 in a single transaction/goal during the Campaign Period and maintain minimum RM500 balance (Asset Under Management (AUM)) within the post-campaign period, being thirty (30) days from the end of the Campaign Period; from 1st to 30th October 2022 (“Post-Campaign Period”)
Q4 Who is not eligible for this campaign?
A4 Any Eligible Participants who has been found performing certain action on their account that are of high risk and not in line with TNG Digital Sdn. Bhd. (“the Company”) User Terms and Conditions. The Company reserves the right to disqualify them from this campaign and they will not be entitled to the Reward.
Q5 What is the cut off time for the GOinvest balance to earn Reward?
A5 The cut off time for the Eligible Participants to Cash In is on 30th September 2022, 1:00 PM, and they are required to maintain at least RM500 balance in their GOinvest account Post Campaign Period, from 1st to 30th October 2022 to earn the Reward.
If the Eligible Participants’ GOinvest balance drops to RM499 or below on 30th October 2022, 1PM, he/ she will not be eligible to enjoy the Reward.
For the avoidance of doubt, each Eligible Participant shall be entitled to receive one (1) Reward only; any first Cash In to the Eligible Participant’s GOinvest account above the minimum amount of RM500 will not entitle the Eligible Participant to additional units of the Reward.
Q6 Where can I view my Reward?
A6 You can view your Reward in your TNG eWallet Transaction History.
Q7 When can I receive the Reward in my GOINVEST account?
A7 Eligible Participants will generally receive the Reward in their TNG eWallet account between 1st -15th November 2022.
Q8 What is the Reward amount capping for this Campaign?
A8 The total Reward amount allocated for this Campaign is capped at RM40,000 during the Campaign Period. Once the capped amount is reached, this Campaign will cease notwithstanding that the Campaign Period has not ended.
Q9 Will users be informed once the Reward capping has been reached?
A9 Yes, there will be:-
· A notification publish on TNG eWallet’s Facebook.
· A push notification via TNG eWallet will be sent out if the capped Reward amount of RM40,000.00 is reached prior to the end of the Campaign Period.
Q10 I did not receive my Reward, why and what can I do?
A10 This could be due to one or more of the following reasons:
· Your GOinvest balance is less than RM500 at the Post-Campaign Period cut off time of 1:00 PM on 30th October 2022
· The Company has reached the Reward capping of RM40,000;
· You did not meet the qualifying criteria/ mandatory regulatory requirements for this Campaign; or
