This Campaign offers the selected Touch ‘n Go eWallet (“TNG eWallet”) users a free Reload Pin during the Campaign Period. 

Q2 What is the duration of this Campaign?This Campaign begins on 1 January 2023 and ends on 31 December 2023, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”). 

Q3 Who is eligible for this campaign?
Only selected TNG eWallet users who received the notification via in-app inbox, push notification or e-mail are eligible to participate in this Campaign. 

Q4 How long will the Reload Pin be available for me to claim?
The Reload pin is based on first come first served only, subject to availability. 

Q5 Why does my friend receive this and not me?
This campaign is open to selected TNG eWallet users only and not to all users. 

Q6 What is the value of the Reload Pin?
The selected user will receive a randomized value of reload pin. 

Q7 Why does my wallet balance deduct?
The reloaded credits are valid for you to use within sixty (60) days upon reloading the free Reload Pin.
