Users who pay for a parking with minimum spend of RM2.50 in a single transaction at selected parking locations and pay with Touch ‘n Go eWallet can get 20% Cashback (Capped at RM0.50).

Q2           What is the duration of this promotion?

The Promotion Period is from 30 December 2022 until 30 January 2023.

The 20% cashback (Capped at RM0.50) is limited to first 100,000 eligible transactions. The Promotion will cease once the Cashbacks have been fully utilized or at the expiration of the Promotion Period, whichever is earlier.[GH1] 

Q3           Who is eligible for this promotion?

Users who pay for a parking with minimum spend of RM2.50 in a single transaction at selected parking locations and pay with Touch ‘n Go eWallet can get 20% Cashback (Capped at RM0.50).

Q4           Is the promotion valid at all parking sites?

The promotion is only valid at selected parking locations that accept Touch ‘n Go eWallet only. The list of participating locations can be found at Appendix 1.

Q5           Are there any capping/limitations to this promotion?

The 20% cashback (Capped at RM0.50) is limited to first 100,000 eligible transactions. The Promotion will cease once the Cashbacks have been fully utilized or at the expiration of the Promotion Period, whichever is earlier.

Q6           When will I receive the cashback?

The 20% cashback (Capped at RM0.50) will be credited back to the respective Touch ‘n Go eWallet after the eligible transaction. TNGD will NOT make any phone calls pursuant to this Promotion.

Pengguna yang membuat pembayaran parkir minimum RM2.50. dalam satu transaksi di lokasi terpilih dan membuat bayaran menggunakan aplikasi Touch ‘n Go eWallet boleh mendapat Pulangan Tunai 20% (Terhad pada RM0.50).

Q2           Apakah tempoh promosi ini?[GH2] 

Tempoh promosi adalah dari 30 Disember 2022 sehingga 30 Januari 2023, termasuk dua tarikh tersebut.

Pulangan Tunai 20% (Terhad pada RM0.50) adalah terhad kepada 100,000 transaksi terawal yang memenuhi syarat. Promosi akan dihentikan apabila Pulangan Tunai telah digunakan sepenuhnya atau pada tamat Tempoh Promosi, yang mana lebih awal.[GH3] 

Q3           Siapakah yang layak menikmati promosi ini?

Promosi ini hanya sah di lokasi parkir terpilih yang menerima pembayaran parkir menggunakan Touch ‘n Go eWallet sahaja. Senarai lokasi parkir terpilih boleh didapati di Appendix 1.

Q5           Adakah terdapat sebarang had/pembatasan bagi promosi ini?

Pulangan Tunai 20% (Terhad pada RM0.50) adalah terhad kepada 100,000 transaksi terawal yang memenuhi syarat. Promosi akan dihentikan apabila Pulangan Tunai telah digunakan sepenuhnya atau pada tamat Tempoh Promosi, yang mana lebih awal.

Q6           Bilakah saya akan menerima pulangan tunai?

Pulangan Tunai 20% (Terhad pada RM0.50) akan dikreditkan ke akaun Touch ‘n Go eWallet pengguna selepas transaksi yang memenuhi syarat. TNGD tidak akan membuat panggilan telefon berkenaan Promosi ini.
