Q1          What is this promotion?

Users who activate Auto Payment with minimum payment of RM50 in a single transaction via Touch ‘n Go eWallet "Bills" function are eligible to receive RM5 cashback.

Q2          What is the duration of this promotion?

This promotion is valid from 24 September 2022 until 31 December 2021, limited to the first 30,000 eligible transactions each month throughout the promotion period. The promotion will cease once the cashback have been fully utilized or at the expiration of the promotion period, whichever is earlier.

Q3          Who is eligible for this promotion?

All users of the Touch ‘n Go eWallet who activated a bill Auto Payment on Touch ‘n Go eWallet’s “Bills” function and comply with the terms and conditions of this promotion.

Q4          How can I activate Auto Payment?

Users can select any of the billers under "Categories", key in Account Number and pay amount, and "Pay". To enable Auto Payment, users can go to "Recent / Saved Bill", select any biller and "Schedule Now".

Q5          When will I receive the cashback?

The RM5 cashback will be credited back to the respective Touch ‘n Go eWallet in the following second and third month, after the eligible transaction date, on the condition that Auto Payment function is still activated.

The table below shows the schedule for the cashback fulfilment. TNGD will NOT make any phone calls pursuant to this promotion.

The RM5 cashback will NOT be awarded if Auto Payment function is disabled.

Q6          How many times can I enjoy this promotion?

Each selected Touch ‘n Go eWallet user is entitled to enjoy ONE (1) RM5 cashback only, throughout the promotion period.

Q1          Apakah tawaran promosi ini?

Pengguna yang membolehkan Auto Payment dengan bayaran minimum RM50.00 dalam satu transaksi menggunakan fungsi "Bills" pada Touch ‘n Go eWallet boleh mendapat pulangan tunai RM5.

Q2          Apakah tempoh promosi ini?

Tempoh promosi adalah dari 24 September 2022 sehingga 31 Disember 2022, termasuk dua tarikh tersebut. Baucar pulangan tunai sehingga RM3 adalah terhad kepada 30,000 transaksi terawal yang memenuhi syarat setiap bulan. Promosi akan dihentikan apabila pulangan tunai telah digunakan sepenuhnya atau pada tamat tempoh promosi, yang mana lebih awal.

Q3          Siapakah yang layak menikmati promosi ini?

Semua pengguna Touch ‘n Go eWallet yang membolehkan pembayaran auto bil pada fungsi “Bills" Touch ‘n Go eWallet dan mematuhi terma and syarat promosi ini adalah layak untuk menyertai promosi ini.

Q4          Bagaimanakah saya boleh mengaktifkan fungsi Auto Payment?

Pengguna boleh memilih mana-mana bil di bawah "Kategori", masukkan nombor akaun dan amaun pembayaran, dan "Bayar". Untuk mengaktifkan Auto Payment, pengguna boleh memilih "Recent / Saved Bill", pilih mana-mana bil dan "Schedule now".

Q5          Bilakah saya akan menerima pulangan tunai?

Pulangan tunai RM5 akan dikreditkan ke akaun Touch ‘n Go eWallet pengguna dalam bulan kedua dan bulan ketiga yang berikutnya, selepas tarikh transaksi yang memenuhi syarat, dan fungsi Auto Payment masih diaktifkan.

Jadual penunaian pulangan tunai adalah seperti yang ditunjukkan di bawah. TNGD tidak akan membuat panggilan telefon berkenaan Promosi ini.

Pulangan tunai RM5 TIDAK akan diberikan jika fungsi Auto Payment dinyahaktifkan

Setiap Pengguna bil baru terpilih Touch ‘n Go eWallet hanya layak menikmati pulangan tunai RM5 ini sebanyak SATU (1) sahaja sepanjang tempoh promosi.
