What does this Campaign offer?During the Campaign Period from 11 November 2022 to 16 November 2022, TNGD shall offer to all eligible users three (3) vouchers upon each successful Transaction of RM0.01.
Who is eligible for this Campaign?Selected TNG eWallet users who are notified via in-app pop up or push notification or email and comply with the terms & conditions of this Campaign.
Why am I selected for this Campaign, but not my friend?This campaign is open to the selected TNG eWallet users who received the notification via in-app inbox, push notification, or email.
What type of voucher I would receive?
You will receive three (3) vouchers out of the following list upon each successful Transaction of RM0.01:

Where can I pay RM0.01 to TNGD?
You can click on the "1 SEN WIN 3" inbox message or banner in Touch 'n Go eWallet app or in email. Payment can only be made through Touch 'n Go eWallet.
What is the validity of the voucher received?
All the vouchers are valid for fourteen (14) days from the date of voucher is issued. Any unused vouchers thereafter will expire.
How many times I can receive the set of 3 vouchers?
You are only allowed to receive maximum two (2) times of three (3) vouchers which is equivalent to a total of six (6) vouchers throughout the campaign.
When will I receive the 3 vouchers after making a successful payment of RM0.01?
The vouchers will be credited to your TNG eWallet account immediately upon successful payment transaction.
How will I know if I have received the 3 vouchers?
You will receive an in-app push notification once the vouchers are successfully credited into your Touch ‘n Go account, if eligible. If the notification is missed, please check your “MyRewards”.
I paid RM1.00. Am I eligible to get the 3 vouchers?
Yes, the minimum amount you are required to pay is RM0.01. For payment that exceeds RM0.01, a refund on the balance will be credited to your respective Touch ‘n Go eWallet account within 7 working days from 16 November 2022.
Why I didn’t get any voucher after paid RM0.01?
Your vouchers might be missing due to the following reasons:
a. You are not selected for this Campaign.
b. You are reaching the Voucher Limit where each selected user is only allowed to receive a maximum of two (2) sets or a total of six (6) vouchers.
c. Transaction is made after the campaign ends on 16 November 2022 11:59PM.
I did not receive my vouchers or I’m missing 1 voucher, what can I do?

Kempen ini hanya terbuka kepada pengguna Touch ‘n Go eWallet yang menerima notifikasi melalui peti masuk dalam aplikasi atau pemberitahuan segera (push notification) atau emel.

Bagaimanakah saya boleh buat bayaran RM0.01 kepada TNGD?
Pembayaran RM0.01 boleh dibuat dengan menekan “1 SEN WIN 3” mesej atau banner dalam aplikasi Touch ‘n Go eWallet atau dalam emel. Pembayaran hanya boleh dibuat melalui Touch ‘n Go eWallet.
Berapa lamakah tempoh sah baucar yang saya terima?
Baucar hanya sah untuk tempoh empat belas (14) hari dari tarikh baucar tersebut diberikan. Baucar yang tidak digunakan selepas tempoh sah akan luput.
Berapa kalikah saya boleh menerima set 3 baucar tersebut?
Anda cuma layak untuk menerima paling banyak dua (2) set baucar yang merangkumi tiga (3) baucar bersamaan dengan sejumlah enam (6) baucar sepanjang kempen dijalankan.
Bilakah saya akan terima 3 baucar tersebut selepas berjaya membuat bayaran RM0.01?
Baucar akan dikreditkan ke dalam akaun Touch ‘n Go eWallet anda sebaik sahaja pembayaran berjaya dilakukan.
Bagaimanakah saya tahu jika saya sudah menerima baucar tersebut atau belum?
Anda akan menerima notifikasi “push” dalam aplikasi apabila baucar telah berjaya dikreditkan ke dalam akaun Touch ‘n Go eWallet anda, jika layak. Jika anda terlepas notifikasi, sila semak bahagian “My Rewards”.
Saya telah bayar RM1.00, adakah saya layak untuk menerima 3 baucar tersebut?
Ya, jumlah minimum yang perlu dibayar adalah RM0.01. Bayaran yang melebihi RM0.01, pulangan baki yang belebihan akan dikreditkan semula ke dalam akaun Touch ‘n Go eWallet anda dalam tempoh 7 hari bekerja dari 16 November 2022.
Mengapakah saya tidak menerima apa-apa baucar selepas membuat bayaran RM0.01?
Baucar anda tidak terpapar mungkin disebabkan oleh:
a. Anda tidak terpilih untuk kempen ini.
b. Anda telah mencapai Had Baucar dimana setiap pengguna hanya dibenarkan untuk menerima paling banyak dua (2) set atau sejumlah enam (6) baucar.
c. Transaksi dibuat selepas kempen berakhir pada 16 November 2022 11:59PM.
Saya tidak menerima baucar atau 1 baucar tidak mencukupi, apakah yang perlu saya buat?
