Terms and Conditions

1.      This Promotion is organized by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd ("TNGD") and Kenny Rogers ROASTERS Malaysia.

2.      Promotion Period is from 1 August 2023 until 30 September 2023 while voucher validity is from 1 August 2023 until 30 September 2023.

3.      The promo code voucher is valid for payment via Touch ‘n Go eWallet and dine-in at all Kenny Rogers outlets nationwide only.

4.      User MUST present the voucher to the Kenny Rogers staff when placing the order. Failure to present the voucher will result in the user not receiving the promotional price.

5.      No combined transactions and/or no split transactions are allowed.

6.      Only ONE (1) promo code per user may be used at a time.

7.      Not applicable for ROASTERS Catering/ ROTM or KRR Card Bonus.

8.      The Buy 1 Free 1 Promo Code Voucher will automatically be saved under “My Rewards” section in the user’s Touch ‘n Go eWallet App.

9.      Each Touch ‘n Go eWallet User is entitled to enjoy the Buy 1 Free 1 Chicken Rice Solo ONE (1) time only, throughout the Promotion Period.

10.   The Buy 1 Free 1 Chicken Rice Solo is limited to first 100,000 eligible transactions only. The Promotion will cease once the Buy 1 Free 1 Chicken Rice Solo promo code has been fully utilized, or at the expiration of the Promotion Period, whichever is earlier.

11.   This promotion shall not be valid with other ongoing promotions, discounts, or vouchers.

12.   This discount cannot be combined or accumulated and promotion is not exchangeable for cash or replacements.

13.   Discounted items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash whether in part or full.

14.   This Promotion is not applicable for any form or type of reload transactions, gift cards and in-store services.

15.   Subject to stock availability at each outlet. The management reserves the right to replace the redemption item with an item of similar value if stock is not available.

16.   The Terms of Service shall apply to all uses of the promo code including Buy 1 Free 1 Chicken Rice Solo promo code. TNGD and Partner reserves the right to change the terms and conditions or cancel any promotions at any time with prior notice.

17.   TNG Digital shall be entitled to withhold any benefits under the services rendered, with prior notice to the users if the users are found to have been in breached of any TNG Digital’s Users Terms and Conditions. Terma dan Syarat

1.      Promosi ini dianjurkan oleh TNG Digital Sdn Bhd ("TNGD") dan Kenny Rogers ROASTERS Malaysia.

2.      Tempoh promosi adalah dari 1 Ogos 2023 hingga 30 September 2023 manakala sah laku baucar adalah dari 1 Ogos 2023 hingga 30 September 2023.

3.      Baucar kod promo sah untuk pembayaran melalui Touch ‘n Go eWallet dan makan dalam kedai di semua cawangan Kenny Rogers di seluruh negara sahaja.

4.      Pengguna WAJIB menunjukkan baucar kepada kakitangan Kenny Rogers semasa membuat pesanan. Kegagalan untuk mengemukakan baucar akan menyebabkan pengguna tidak menerima harga promosi.

5.      Penggabungan transaksi dan/atau pengasingan transaksi adalah tidak dibenarkan

6.      Hanya SATU (1) kod promosi bagi setiap pengguna boleh digunakan pada satu-satu masa.

7.      Tidak berkenaan untuk ROASTERS Katering/ ROTM atau Bonus Kad KRR.

8.      Baucar Kod Promo Beli 1 Percuma 1 akan disimpan secara automatik di bawah bahagian "My Rewards" dalam Aplikasi Touch 'n Go eWallet pengguna.

10.   Beli 1 Percuma 1 Chicken Rice Solo adalah terhad kepada 100,000 transaksi terawal yang memenuhi syarat. Promosi akan dihentikan apabila kod promosi Beli 1 Percuma 1 Chicken Rice Solo telah ditebus sepenuhnya atau pada tamat Tempoh Promosi, yang mana lebih awal.

12.   Diskaun ini tidak boleh digabungkan atau dikumpul dan promosi tidak boleh ditukar dengan wang tunai atau penggantian yang lain.

13.   Produk diskaun tidak boleh dikembalikan dan tidak boleh ditukar dengan wang tunai sama ada sebahagian atau penuh.

14.   Promosi ini tidak sah untuk sebarang bentuk atau jenis tambah nilai, kad hadiah dan perkhidmatan dalam kedai.

15.   Tertakluk kepada ketersediaan stok di setiap outlet. Pihak pengurusan berhak untuk menggantikan item penebusan dengan item yang sama nilai jika stok tidak tersedia.

16.   Semua penggunaan kod promosi termasuk kod promosi Beli 1 Percuma 1 Chicken Rice Solo adalah tertakluk kepada Syarat Perkhidmatan TNGD dan Rakan Kongsi. TNGD atau Rakan Kongsi berhak untuk menukar terma dan syarat atau membatalkan sebarang promosi pada bila-bila masa dengan notis awal.
