The Go-eCommerce Onboarding Campaign is a joint initiative between Touch 'n Go eWallet Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC) and the Ministry of Finance to encourage the adoption of e-payment by merchants.
Each merchant that successfully registers with us during the campaign period will be entitled to a RM20* subsidy for their first successful sale transacted by the last day of the following month from the Registration Approval Date (“Qualifying Transaction”).
For example, if the merchant successfully registers in July 2021, the first sales transaction shall be no later than 31 August 2021 (last day of the following month), in order to be eligible for the a RM20* subsidy.
The campaign period is from 1 July 2021 to 31 December 2021.
Any micro enterprise, small medium business or Malaysian individual without a business registration that have never been previously registered with Touch ‘n Go eWallet are eligible.
This is limited to the first 80,000 merchants approved within the campaign period.
Some of the benefits of the campaign areas follows:
- Merchant to receive RM20 subsidy for your first successful sale transaction.
- Merchant to benefit from Touch ‘n Go eWallet’s user base of 16 million users.
- Merchants to receive free onboarding setup support including POSM setup, training and merchant dashboard worth up to RM110.

The RM20 subsidy will be credited to the merchant’s bank account by the last day of 2 following months from date of the first successful transaction
For example, if the merchant’s first successful sales transaction takes place on any day in August 2021, the RM20* subsidy shall be credited into the merchant’s account latest by 31 October 2021 (last day of 2 following months).
No. Each qualified merchant, individual or registered company is entitled to only ONE (1) RM20* subsidy regardless of the number of outlets they own.
